From SG to TW. Went to Taiwan to try the cake which is made by a very reputable chef. Tried the Mixed Berries Meringue Roll Cake and Matcha Black Sesame Cake. Soft sponge texture and its not so sweet for our palate. The combination of which cake compliments well with each other. Must try Ribena Soda, after drinking it will let you feel relax and refresh. Was our First time trying their pastries, Bought their lemon tart , online for a gathering in Taipei, located at Ganzhenlin LRT, one stop away from Hongshulin Mrt , but we took a long stroll from Tamshui Mrt as the weather was good, surprisingly it was worth the walk and was a very thoughtful packaging, it actually comes along with plates, Forks and durable plastic Knife that could cut thru their lemon crusty tart shell easily. To sum up, was a worthy experience and you all should try -it, (please order online , in advance)

I am so happy I chanced upon this humble bakery and I got a couple of their cookie boxes! I must say these are the best cookies I have ever had! I know they are baked fresh everyday and they are not overly too sweet (perfect for children and our elder loved ones) I highly recommend and plus the owner is extremely kind!

Their cookie box comes with different flavours of cookies, suitable for different preferences. Baked freshly with no added preservatives. Highly recommended!!!

Ah Bee Cakery 的甜点和蛋糕特别好看也好吃，不会太甜。烘焙师(也是老板)来自新加坡，因为我们也来自新加坡是去台湾玩的，所以就特地的来参观支持一下。我觉得他做的斑斓蛋糕真的很道地，他也把新加坡人喜欢的 Ribena (利賓納)做成了气泡饮还用了薄荷叶，就是一杯 Ribena Mocktail! 酸酸甜甜加上薄荷叶的香气和气泡的口感超好喝！另外我们也点了抹茶口味的《小抹菇》蛋糕, 外表是一颗蘑菇非常可爱，抹茶味也很浓厚，好吃！还有他们家的很好卖的《莓果白霜卷》，口感很松脆，果肉很新鲜，不会太甜，我个人真的很喜欢也很推荐他们家的白霜卷！老板和老板娘是一对夫妻，他们人很好也很友善。如果你也很喜欢吃甜点的话，可以来打卡自己来尝尝看哦！🫶🏻 Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

🫐莓果白霜捲 $180 ⚠️非素食男友說吃起來很像新貴派🤣外層口感酥酥的，裡面的蛋糕體既紮實又有空氣感，超特別！裡面有草莓、藍莓、百香果等，酸酸甜甜的超讚🍰❤️ 🍎蘋果派 $100 🌱蛋奶素有肉桂味但不像麥當勞的這麼濃，怕肉桂的人可以試試看！外皮很酥不油膩，尤其是邊邊角角很脆！裡面的餡料吃得到蘋果塊的口感，整體不會太甜膩，好吃！ 🍌蕉蕉塔 $170 ⚠️非素食香蕉造型的設計，上面還有模仿香蕉黑黑的斑點，超級可愛！！裡面是鹹焦糖和香蕉凍，吃起來意外的很和諧！彼此不會互搶風采。下面的塔皮也是鹹焦糖和香蕉，塔皮真的脆到爆而且有濃濃的餅乾香，整體來說是一個藏有很多驚喜的小塔！ 🍓 可可草莓 $170 ⚠️非素食下面的巧克力慕斯是苦甜巧克力，很濃郁！配上草莓酸酸甜甜的真的好讚。巧克力蛋糕本體濕潤且蓬鬆，配上鮮奶油的奶香味，是一個在冬天必須吃的蛋糕🍰 🥛草莓牛奶 $120 牛奶打出來的奶泡很綿密，底部是草莓果醬，不會太過甜膩。 🧋伯爵鮮奶茶 $150 上面也是濃濃的奶泡，伯爵茶味蠻濃的！ 🍪餅乾飲料附的餅乾，很像是喜餅裡面會吃到的餅乾，奶油香氣十足且酥脆！ Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
