Horrible service over priced food,the worst experience ever,they need more staff ,the waiting is so long. The food quality drop too,i had sandy lettuce and tasteless rice.. this below was $40 i was forced to put a star to be able to post.

The food is the highest quality, tasty always, and serving are large . Sides are a wide variety eg rice potato salad green salad and fries ..
In addition to cakes and dessert items.
They are friendly and always willing to help.
Serving vegetarian options also . Call to order to avoid the line ..

The food is good, but service completely lacks any sort of manners. The guy at cash is utterly rude when I asked to pay extra for something… never asked for anything free.

Indulge in their food almost every week! Always enjoy their Barbecue. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and good service! Only recommendation I have being a Climate Action Advocate is that they should encourage the use of tote bags by customers for their food instead of issuing plastic bags and the preventative disuse of plastic utensils as well.

Just called to ask if I can pick up an order, instead of telling me they don't do pickup the girl hang up on me ...... I called bk thinking i got cut off same girl again with the stink attitude said to me u got cut of because we don't do pick up!!!!
Plz teach your staff customer service ! It's 2022 and even KFC staff have better customer service !

Love their BBQ, I've been buying since they were at the old location and the standard has never dropped. Absolutely delicious!!!

Great tasting bar be que. Reminds me of that BBQ Chicken we used to make at home growing up. Unfortunately portions sizes are very small for a hefty $37 combo 1. The box used is the ones used in the school feeding programme in primary and secondary schools in Trinidad (very small). And there is no linx machine so you have to walk with cash which in this day and age is nono. They've been opened a long time and they're still cash only. Very inconvenient

Too long a wait needs faster service and another cash register along with card payments it's just way too long ah wait they have to take one or two orders then wait to process it. It's a great tasting food but the turn off is the wait period

Ask for a small veggie box with rice, was told they only have rice for two large boxes, then I ask for breast and wing they said they have none. Another person came in ask for a small rice and breast and wing, she was told breast and wing will be ready in 15 minutes and no mention of the rice, why wasn't I told that. They will never get my money again, is it because of my race.
