Fine dining in the heart of Les Almadies. The setting is a groovy outdoor setting with a bar and lounge area plus the indoor air conditioned fine dining area. The cuisine is varied for all tastes and you will be served to sumptuous three course delicacies. Lunch was fun and I’d love to see how it looks at night. Parking available outside. Better than before… talking about the food only, the service is as usual they care more about their phones than their customers. Again for the price I pay on my own (130k) all we want is a bite of peace and attention when needed. Little disappointed by the pain perdu dessert! One of the cleanest, upscale restaurant in west Africa honestly. They really go the extra mile with Covid precautions. The staff was also very careful with social distancing & gave us extraordinary service. We celebrated a friend's birthday & we will definitely come back. Great spot, Amazing Service!

Went to Alkimia for dinner. We had very good service and the restaurant is beautiful. We had the “Souris d’Agneau” and the Gambas. The meat was very tender and well cooked, but lacking in flavor. The gambas was typical of Dakar. I’m not sure I’d return based the the cost and the level of quality. I’ve heard good things about the lunches though, so I may have to try that. The food was good but the waitress didn't ensure that I was good on drinks or anything. It was my birthday when I went and apparently the tour guide told them it was my birthday and to sing to me before he left (he only walked in with me). I wasn't aware of what he said to the waitress because I dont speak French. I get my bill and they charged me for the cake they brought out to sing Happy Birthday to me with which I didn't ask for. I've been to many different restaurants on my birthday and I've never been charged for what they bring out to sing happy birthday with. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Very pleasant place to have lunch & dinner in Dakar. They have enough places for having business meetings and small gathering with quiet environment and good quality foods. Yhey have a menu for dinner at noon. XOF10900 with entry, main and dessert. They also have live bands in the weekend.

The place is nice, exceptionally nice compared to the other restaurants in Dakar, but the food is not that good. They double the price of the food because the place is nice, but the food itself does not worth even half of that. There are much better food for half of their price elsewhere in Dakar.
