All Set is pretty near Silver Spring Civic Center. Nothing can be better than tasting perfectly cooked fried oysters, crab cakes and Caesar salads. Guests may have tasty cinnamon donuts, Boston cream pie and waffles at this restaurant. It's nice to taste delicious prosecco, draft beer or Mimosas. You will appreciate good espresso, ginger beer or juice at All Set. A homely atmosphere and beautiful interior make this place so good. Many people have noticed that the staff is creative at this place. Terrific service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our menu offerings. We happened to be there for lunch on a day that they had red snapper as a special. It was beyond delicious. There was a group of six and three in the group ordered it. Everyone expressed how much they liked it, in fact, how much they loved it. We also enjoyed the fried oysters, The lobster roll, and the person who ordered the salmon said it was delicious. The one letdown is that I also ordered the lobster roll to go, and when I got home and opened it, it didn’t look like the lobster roll that had been ordered for the table. It had only scraps and bits of lobster in it. So, I suggest that If you order the lobster roll to go, please check it before you leave the restaurant. Our server was wonderful, as well as the front desk hostess. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time. We look forward to our return. Guys and gals, let's talk food!!! Wifey and I went to All Set Restaurant & Bar for date night. I made reservations for 6:30, and everything went without a hitch. The parking is sketchy, so be prepared. There is an adjacent parking spot near the restaurant. It is metered, and you will have to pay. But we asked for outside seating and it was nice. The inside was really nice as well and it had a very intimate feel. Our server was nice and got our order right. The Old Bay wings were delicious, and the entrees were pretty good. I met a client here on a rainy Wednesday. The restaurant was quiet and the wait staff was so attentive. They had a nice gluten free menu and the food was delicious and served with a flair. Our server forgot two menu requests, we weren’t gonna wait so we didn’t bring it up. I ordered the smash burger, man how sad I was when it arrived. You could technically call it a burger, but a crime against humanity to call it a smash burger. Zero seasoning, zero flavor and thin sad buns that were SOAKED and SOGGY as soon as it arrived. The patties were super thick and had zero flavor, like eating cooked ground beef with nothing else. Attached to the behemoth of meat was cheese so thin it was transparent and the saddest single piece of lettuce I have ever seen. The cheddar biscuits were raw in the middle of all four, pretty gross texture. Hey, on the bright side the San Marzano Tomato Basil soup was phenomenal if not a little sad it only came with four croutons. Food was great! Can't wait to come back. The lobster roll.... Changed my life. Hahaha but the service was slow. Our server stopped checking on us until it was pretty much time for the check. Luckily the manager was attentive-- but looked like she had to do a lot of running around to keep the servers in check. She was great though. This is my favorite restaurant located in Downtown Silver Spring. They only restaurants that serve fresh food all the time. I dine in a few times and it’s lively. But I always to carry out during the week . I am never disappointed. The old bay wings are my favorite appetizer to eat with blue cheese sauce on the side . Hard crisp and fresh batter every time and the wings are large enough . We chose this restaurant for our office Christmas Dinner, very nice Atmosphere, food was very good and the best customer service. This place is a hidden gem in the DMV!!! The food at this location was delicious - everything came out just as we requested, cocktails were great and it was Happy Hour on a Saturday. Reason for FOUR stars is that we felt rushed, the wait staff continuously came by and was hovering over our table asking if we are finished, and was determined to remove our plates though food was still on our plates - so recommend making reservations because it fills up quickly as the evening hours begin and it’s a small but nice space - recommend sitting at the bar so you don’t have to worry about the annoying servers hovering over your table. Came to dine here with the cast of a touring stage play, and it was really dope. The ambiance is amazing, and the servers were pleasant. They were able to comfortably accommodate our large party. I ordered the lobster roll and it did not disappoint. Also, try the clam chowder as a starter, it’s incredible as well. Highly recommend. The food was delicious!!! Lobster rolls were DELICIOUS!!! you must try the mussels. My guest stated the fried oysters were a hit. We dined outside and where we initially sat smelled like garbage,, it was horrible. And was attracting birds. May want to consider spraying down the area to eliminate the odor and keep the birds away. Once we changed tables it was much better.
