A good variety of meats for tacos. Had carnitas, al pastor and buche. The al pastor was very bland with no flavor. The carnitas were good but the buche was the star. Full of flavor and perfectly cooked. If you like buche, its a must try. Also had Asada Fries and Cabeza Nachos. Both were good and portions were big. I will have to go back and try the tripas. Just wish the al pastor would of been better seasoned. The service was great and food came out quick. Just visited ALLTACO TAQUERIA near Top Golf and it's a game-changer! The parking lot is huge, so parking was a breeze. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch – friendly staff who really cared about my experience. The tacos? Absolutely amazing! Fresh, flavorful, and served up so fast. Perfect after a round at Top Golf or just for a quick, delicious meal. I'm definitely coming back and recommending it to all my friends. A must-visit for anyone in Minnesota! Tacos were so bad I had to give it to my dog. I took a bite of my tripa taco and it tasted undercooked. Chewy all the way around I just tossed him the taco.The sauce helped but yeah a definite no. I left the other taco for my dog. My gf reviewed this place as well and they said she worked for the competition. Looks like any other spot is better. I happen to be filling up gas next door and saw they had a drive through and man am I happy I stopped here. I got a quesadilla with chorizo and it was amazing! They did not skimp on the cheese, they did not skimp on the meat. It was cooked perfect. It was enough for me to be full amd have leftovers. Will DEF be back again. Can't wait to try more! I drive out of my way to eat at this food truck or restaurant location every time I'm in Minneapolis because these are the best tacos. Try the suadero and prepare to be amazed. Love everything about All Taco! Legit Mexican cuisine. Their lengua and suadero are amazing, my husband loves the asada. Portions have always been worth the price in my experience. If you haven't tried their birria consome, do yourself a favor and order it! Both their salsa are on point, they do have a good kick to them. Can't wait for their brick and mortar to open! This was my first time eating at this food truck. My brother and I tried the burritos (chorizo and Pastor), Pollo Quesadilla, tacos (carnitas and asada)....in addition they gave us some free churros to try!!! Overall it was pretty tasty. When I go back my focus will be on asada tacos (those were the best out of everything...but they are $3.25 each)...and I'd like to try elotes (which I regret not trying this trip). If you're in the area of Central Ave in Columbia Heights...and have a hankering for tacos....I'd definitely stop here...it's quick and tasty. The only downside is...the prices have gone up and there's no where to sit as it is in a parking lot. We just brought our own drinks to save on the cost as well. After getting our meal we drove to a nearby park and just ate in the car...but this food truck is definitely worth checking out....as well as grabbing some of those amazing churros!
