Food is tasty. Atmosphere not really welcoming due to the fact that the staff was fighting at the bar in front of the costumers. The waiter that served us was trying to be nice but doesn't know much about what are his priorities. When we still had half of pizza in our plates came and asked if we are finished, afterwards when we asked for desert and gathered our empty pots and tea cups on the side of the table, he brought desert left it on the table without taking the empty dishes. When I asked if he could take them he replied rudely that he had no way of knowing that we finished. He took some of them but never came back for the rest. Given the highly exaggerated prices, the service was bellow any level. The waiter was extremely rude with us, from the beginning until the end. The food was bad and the prices did not reflect the quality/service nor the location (in a mall). It cannot be that in a low level restaurant in Romania the pasta costs more then 20 Euros. Even the luxurious places from Cluj maintain a more reasonable price-quality ratio. The cherry on top of the exaggerated and totally inexplicable prices, was the rude waiter. Above average Italian fare, albeit missing some global Italian faves, no carbonara. Mostly let down by slow lunch service. Breakfast service here, as a a guest of the hotel is a much better offering though. Better service too!

You get what you paid for. The prices are higher than most restaurants in Cluj but you cannot compare the quality of food that you get here. We had sea bass fish (it comes with potato under the fish, it's just not visible in this photo) and seafood pasta (loooooots of seafood in the pasta, every scoop surprised). They are both delicious!!! If you are ready to shell out money for a really really good food, then head over here. These meals we had are definitely worth every penny ❤

Delicious food, with the focus on taste, without overdoing it... just what proper Italian kitchen is about. We walked in for a firm lunch and some different flavours, and we weren't disappointed. First of all, my (Mediterranean) lemonade was great. Finally a lemonade that is not overly sweet or strong. My wife had a linguine with fructe de mare. Again, the sauce and seasoning were not overdone, but just right. My salmon with sage, fondant potato and vegetables was also great. Balance of flavours and herbs was good. The only criticism is, that especially the potato was too salty and the salmon was seriously overcooked. But this is a Romanian thing, where all fish are cooked for (far) too long. Such a shame, because better timing could have made this into a perfect dish. And that is what why you pay a bit more, here. Overall it still was great and delicious, and I'm happy to come back again.
