Tycker så mycket om killen som driver bageriet. Imponerad av hur noga han tvättar händerna innan han tar i bullar och kakor. Respekt!

Wir haben einen Kurztripp von Travemünde nach Trelleborg unternommen und sind eher zufällig zur Ambrosia Bäckerei gekommen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und hat uns individuell ein tolles Frühstück gemacht. Der Preis war absolut ok. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Kakor bakelser och bröd , ansutet till too good to go ett prisvärt system för att minska matsvinnet, dessutom hittar man snart till sina lokala företag i matbranchen

At the end of our holidays we were still looking for kanelbulla (cinnamon-rolls), as they are pretty famous as a "National dish of Sweden" in germany. We visited at least 6 bakeries in sweden, but none had any cinnamon-rolls. We bought some at the local coffeehouse-chain and some at this bakery. Both vendors were polite and their english was very well. We coudn`t eat them immediately and stored them away for the next day. Your cinnamon-rolls were delicous! They were a lot better than the ones from the chain. Although we ate them the next day, they were still fluffy, the cinnamon filling was pompous, they were sweet, but not too sweet. Compared to the ones from the chain, they were moist. I should have bought more of your rolls or one of your Kanel Krans. Black tea and ginger tea went perfectly fine with your pastries. Your kanelbulla were the best i have eaten so far. Should i visit Trelleborg a second time and your bakery still exists, I will definitely drop by!!!
