We moved to the area about 3 years ago and have been looking for a great Tex-mex place since we got here. Las Anita’s fits the bill. It’s not fancy. It’s a bit of a dive. The food is perfect and the service is always fast. My only “complaint” is their salsa is warm (temperature) and I prefer cold salsa. Sorry, y'all, I get excited that the food was put in front of me, and I forgot to take a picture before I start eating, lol. First and for most, the chips are thin and crispy, which I love. The green salsa isn't that spicy but has great flavor. The carnitas plate was delicious. The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The barbacoa tacos were good but a little dry, and the rice, beans, and charro beans were good as well. Now that cóctel de camarón (shrimp cocktail) was packed with shrimp. Honestly, it's one of the best I've had. Most places only like to put a few and add more of the other ingredients, but not here. Salsa here is amazing. Some of the better salsa that I’ve had. I had cheese enchiladas and my wife had chicken enchiladas with spinach. We both enjoyed our meals, and my wife especially liked the rice. Service was attentive. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I'd completely forgotten this place until a friend mentioned meeting for a late lunch here. It was really good! I had tacos pastor...excellent! My friend had fajitas and said they were very good too. Green and red salsas bothe great with those fresh crunchy chips! I want to go back soon for breakfast...very nice service too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cool vibe once you walk in the door. Even though it was busy my family got seated quickly. We got our food fast also once ordered. It was great, what we ordered. Our son’s kept telling us how “yummy” the food was and I have to agree with them. There was also live music playing and it was so relaxing and good. Strongly recommend this locally family owned Mexican restaurant. The owner came over to thank us and informed us that they have been in this community for 21 yrs. Also a great way to support a local business. If we are ever back down here for another family vacation we will definitely be stopping by! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
