I have driven by this restaurant for years, but have never had the time to stop… until yesterday. As soon as I walked through the door I was struck by how lovely everything looked. The background music was so perfect for this quaint restaurant and complemented the romantic atmosphere perfectly. I enjoy being able to look at a menu without feeling rushed, especially on a first visit, so I appreciated my waitress’s patience in allowing me to do that. There were plenty of choices on the menu, so it was a difficult decision, but I chose Antonio’s Trio. My goodness gracious! That’s a whole lot of food! I found it to be enough to feed AT LEAST two people. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious and I had a lot left to take home for later. I enjoyed everything about this dining experience. If you’re looking for a place to go for a first date, an anniversary, or just a quiet meal with friends or family, this would be a great choice (in my humble opinion.) :-) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! This restaurant is located in a little inconspicuous spot, kind of blink and you miss it type of location, but it is worth finding because the food is really good. The one is also really good too, I suggest you get a glass. The lemon crab cakes are awesome and so was the seafood platter. They have whole grain pasta on the menu but don't actually offer it. Very disappointing. I realize it may not be popular, but it is a lifeline for those of us who are heart patients or diabetics. Me and my family have eaten here for years, around 2017, the service was lacking a bit. I got sick when we went there for my birthday and later that fall i ordered a lasagna and the meat is usually cooked to perfection, that time my lasagna was so pink, I didn’t even bother. YUMM!! Personally, it's my favorite Italian restaurant. I love the flavor, the options, the menu, all of it is fantastic! The waitress was great, always there to fill up our drinks, bring warm bread, and was fun to talk to. The food was hot, tasted amazing. I had the chicken in lemon sauce with artichokes and tasted the veal Parmigiano and chicken alfredo. They were all very good. We will be going back here and I will try other dishes, as I didn't know which ones to pick. Excellent service, delicious food, and reasonably priced! We had a wonderful lunch party today and couldn't believe how fresh and fast the food came out. I ordered the Antonios seafood platter. Disappointed. Alfredo sauce with the penne was all over the seafood which made it super soggy, especially the catfish! I asked for another fried catfish. They should serve the penne with Alfredo sauce separate. No BRAINER! The bread knots are always great.
