I've spent a very large chunk of my life in Batavia and it makes me sad to say the quality of the food has definitely gone down while the prices have gone up. I remember coming here as a kid/young teen and it used to be SO good, it would always be my first choice. Unfortunately the last 2 to 3 times I went, the food hasn't been really good, and I've felt really sick after I eat. I went last night and all I had was a cheeseburger and some fries, and I woke up today STILL nauseous. On top of the quality not being the greatest, the prices are crazy for what it is. I'm aware the pricing is NOT their fault, I'm just saying it isn't really worth it. I've never had a bad experience with the service, the waitresses are always energetic and welcoming. We had to wait to be seated at 3 in the afternoon with only a few other patrons in the restaurant because they only had one server scheduled. Doesn't seem fair to the workers. Our waitress was super nice and attentive but unfortunately the food was terrible. My tenders were chewy and tasted like they sat out all day. All three of us felt sick after eating. Skye c Batavia ny Let me start by saying my first time out here I had an awful experience….then we decided to try again after Xmas shopping and skye our waitress….this girl was attentive, knowledgeable, had an amazing personality, PURE GOLD she has a gift this isn’t an easy job but SHES a natural…after 2.5 weeks first time meeting her and she remembered not only us but our order SHE is the reason we’ve continued to visit this location!! Thank you skye for an amazing dinner/experience as a prior GM I can say this….i know how hard your working id be honored to have you…whatever your dreams are after this, if you put this same energy into that you will undoubtedly be successful!!!!
