Well ,this place is usually pretty quick on service. But today my family’s experience has horrible. We were told a 45 minute wait, we ended up waiting for an hour an twenty minutes. The hostess sat a larger party who came in after us before us. My wife informed her of her mistake she just rolled her eyes and walked away. The hostess came back to the podium and wasn’t apologetic nor did have another place for us to sit. We waited for ten more minutes. It’s extremely cluttered in here it’s about 5 tables with remnants of previous parties. She finally offered us seating in between two of those tables. She wiped off the table with a dirty sour rag that smelled awful, and left it extremely wet. Now my server, she was awesome! She needs a raise seriously. She came in took our orders with a smile on her face. Food was fresh, my only complaint was the mashed potatoes were chunky. Applebee's, you should be ashamed of yourself!!! We witnessed a very rude waiter spill half of a plate of fries and honey mustard sauce on the floor right next to their table while serving some patrons at the restaurant. We watched for over 15 minutes that almost every employee in the store, including the waiter that spilled them, walked around the mess. It was not only rude, but it was a high slip and fall risk for anyone in the restaurant that might have walked across them unexpectedly. It also left the family of four stuck in their booth not able to get out without stepping on the mess. Finally one of the family members got up from their table and got their own napkins and spent two minutes cleaning up the mess while employees of the restaurant literally walked around her. I will be uploading pictures from the video that I took of this incident. Unfortunately, that was not the only table to receive less than satisfactory service as the manager came out and was talking with two other tables that were unhappy with the service they received. I tried to catch the manager to tell him about the video I have of the patron cleaning up the mess on the floor that her waiter left but when I called out to him, he kept walking. Our waitress was very polite, did a nice job of taking care of us other than serving me steak sauce as what she believed to be balsamic vinegar dressing for my salad. The salmon dinners were very good and I have zero complaints about my food. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't know if it was the late night or the random day of the weekday that me and my wife went to, maybe the kitchen wasn't on point that night idk, but this was not it. The food was horrendous, we had ribs and my wife had steak and we left most of it on the plate. Then I had ordered margaritas and it was almost see thru.... I never had a margarita look like that, it was watery to say the least. I've been to other Applebee's and this just wasn't the same. First I get my Alfredo and it didn’t have any sauce. So then I was told it would cost an extra $2 for sauce…even though I was suppose to have sauce on it already. Which the waiter was very apologetic about the situation. Then I ask why I didn’t get my bread stick. I was then told they were making it..the manager(Darnell Griffin)come out when I said I wasn’t paying for the Alfredo sauce because it didn’t have any originally. When I did asked for him to come back because my food was now cold waiting on sauce he refused to come talk to me and said he wasn’t giving a discount, which I never asked for. All I wanted him to do was fix the problem that’s it. I still haven’t received the bread sticks. Again Ms.Angel Golphin the waiter was amazing. I ordered a full rack of ribs to go and that's what I got. Up to now everything had been excellent. Don't know what happened today. Everyone is allowed a bad day hopefully this is the only one for me. Everything is was correct Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100

I decided I wanted to come to Applebee's today for my birthday. It was a fifteen minute wait, and me and my grandmother was seated. The food was really good, my favorite was definitely the boneless wings. I ordered the classic buffalo wings as my appetizer, with two entrées: the classic cheeseburger and the chicken tender platter. Also, the lady who served us today named Melissa was really kind and sweet. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Applebee's and I plan to come back again for their service. Great wait staff. Attentive and observant even when it's really crowded. Visited again 2 months later and the service was not as good. Waited total of 40 mins to put in our order. Not very efficient. We stopped coming to this restaurant long time ago, over 3 years and decided to try it again, just because we like the onion soup. Oh my!!!! It changed…Big Time!!! Every thing we ordered was delicious, specially the wings. Good job!!!!! Not need to improve anything. It’s PERFECT!!!!!! We even ordered 2 meals to go. Thanks!!! We’ll be back again and soon! We come to this location regularly. This was the worst experience ever. Drinks were either watered down or too much sour mix. The Buffalo bites literally came out as soon as she punched in the order(meaning that they weren't fresh. Microwaved to warm. They werestill lukewarm). They were swimming in the sauce. We sat waiting on silverware. I had to finally ask for some. The salads finally arrived. My caesar salad was also swimming in dressing. He had water sitting in the bottom of his bowl of house salad. The entrees arrived immediately afterwards. The bartender never really spoke to us until I asked for a box, she asked if we wanted anything else. No thank you. We thought that she would go ahead and print the ticket. Nope. We had to finally ask for the ticket. She then proceeded to tell us if we want anything to please let her know. 🤔 the most that she spoke to us all evening. Nope were not spending more. I tipped. It wasn't our normal 20+%.
