The food was absolutely wonderful. Great presentation. Excellent drinks as well. The only thing I was sad about was they don't carry any other hot sauce other than Tobasco. Also, had to ask for hot sauce and a side of honey mustard twice. The first person I asked was the person just dropping food off at the table, and not the main waiter. Then we asked the main waiter and he was on it. So overall great food and great price. Will definitely be back again. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Went out to dinner Sunday night and had an awesome time! Our waiter was attentive and got us our food swiftly, as well as making sure we were good during our stay. We got the 2 for $26 combo the appetizer we ordered was the spinach artichoke dip with chips (our favorite!) And I got the oriental salad which was really great never had it before but will definitely get again! My guy ordered the riblets with fries and the bacon mac and cheese...it was incredible! My brother and sat for fifteen minutes waiting to be seated. The host brought out someone’s food and didn’t even acknowledge us. So we continued to sit and wait. I tried to approach a waitress and let her know we’ve been waiting and she cut me off and told me I’d have to wait. She wouldn’t even let me speak. I called to place my complaint and was hung up on. Awful experience from rude staff who lack compassion and only are worried about themselves. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The manager Morris was a horrible person. He treated us like crap we spent over a hundred dollars. He had the establishment at sixty degrees after we told him it was freezing. It was forty degrees outside. We were treated poorly once we told him about this. We call to complain after we were able to leave and take our hot food from this cold facility to our house. And eat it cold or have to rewarm it. I should say after a $107. Once we talk to him he hung up on us. Nothing but disgusted with the way we were treated and we will never go back. Obviously this establishment considers this o k because they allow people to be treated this way.. Nothing but a thumbs down for Morris. A very tall heavy set gentleman who treated us poorly. Because we wanted a comfortable place To eat and didn't feel that's what we were getting for the price we Paid. We were not even there an hour. Definitely not worth the money. Find some place better to go , poor customer service. If this is how management treats you you're in for a horrible ride. We enjoyed our food, but the service was lacking. We didn't even get anybody to come and offer us more water when our glasses were empty. The bill was inaccurate. Just came in today for a guilty pleasure lol and had some trouble with my dish. The manager, Brent and bartendress, Amanda were *amazing* 🤩. ... Had my dish remade perfect and they are just sooo nice!!! Great place to go for sure 😁

Just watched the Niners game here. Trinity the Bartender is very easy going and made the experience great. She deserves a raise. The greeter at the door is very sweet & has some sick tattoos. She also deserves a raise 😄 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

TRASH! JUST TRASH!! You would think that as much as they charge for food, it would be better quality and actually taste worth something! I'm learning that humans just don't care about anything anymore and take whatever is shoved in their faces. So sad! Why does anyone keep going to Applebee's?!? It's NEVER a good experience with this place! It's been over a year since I've been to one of their locations and after this visit, won't ever return to another one! Mozzarella sticks were cold, salad had wayyy too much wilted lettuce, potatoes had absolutely no flavor, and I don't even want to talk about the riblets! More fat and bones than actual meat! Then to make matters worse, YOU DON'T EVEN GET REAL BONELESS CHICKEN WINGS!! Just processed meat!! Then the workers have the audacity to give you attitude when you are displeased with the way your order is lol.
