Emily was our wonderful waitress! She took such great care of us! The new Quesadilla Salad I ordered was amazing. I was able to eat half of it the next day. My husband got the all you can eat boneless chicken wings and enjoyed having multiple flavors. Overall, we really enjoyed out experience. We had not been there together in years and it restored his interest to try Apple Bee's again in the future! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service was exceptional! Our waiter Josh was on it! It’s like he knew what we wanted/needed before we could ask! My dinner, Salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. Visited on a Monday night. Not busy at all. When we walked in no one was at the hostess stand. Bartender and waitress just stared at us. Finally someone took initiative to walk up and seat us. All the employees there were in no hurry to do anything! Our drinks sat at the bar for over 5 minutes. I watched our waitress walk past them 3x. Not once did the bartender even try to alert her she had drinks waiting. Our food took longer than it should have for the amount of people there. We ordered a steak medium rare, there was not an ounce of pink in that steak. We definitely won’t be coming back! Definitely off and on but last time when I had the waitress named Daisy It was amazing she was very attentive even with them being short staffed and picked up on things before I would even remind her. Our server was amazing!! We went 11/17/23 about 6pm. It was myself, my husband and 2 kids. One of my daughters burger was still raw in the center, my other daughter had yogurt with her meal and it was super lumpy. Vanilla yogurt shouldn't be lumpy. My meal was ugh. My entire family told the waiter no mushrooms because I'm allergic and guess what was in my meal mushrooms. Not a lot but here's what looked like happened they sauteed the mushrooms and onions together and then saw the food allergy and tried to pick them out missing several. It was a fun time after dinner that's for sure. The ONLY reason I might go back is because the waiter was so awesome. Other than that I'm highly doubtful. As I type I won't go back. The manager Anthony is absolutely fantastic! My fiancé, son and I always go to Applebee’s for date nights or nights when we don’t want to cook. There always on point! If something does come out wrong the are fast to fix it and make sure it’s made right! We went there last night for a family dinner and we had Tracey she was absolutely amazing! Our son is autistic and she understood exactly what he was saying to her and looked at him and asked him what he wanted and he was so excited because normally people look at the parents, I’ve Taught our son to speak for himself. He has a speech delay, but he tries his hardest and she was phenomenal. So thank you! Waiter forgot to ring in our food and blamed it on the kitchen....waited over an hour for our food, the waiter kept coming to our table to say its almost done.... and then when we got it my childs cheeseburger was RAW....was NOT a good visit...AT ALL!!! Not to mention, when the waiter asked how many spoons we wanted with our dessert, we said 4....he brought 2.....TWO spoons for FOUR people! As a person who works in the industry, I believe that this server needs to take responsibility for HIS mess ups instead of blaming the kitchen....(management told us it was the waiters fault because he didn't ring in our food) and also he needs to LISTEN to his customers. We just left the Battle Creek Applebee's location after an absolutely horrible meal. My steak was ordered medium rare, came out medium well and tasted like liver. My girlfriend's steak was ordered medium, and came out looking like a piece of shoe leather. I honestly can't believe it was brought out of the kitchen looking like that. My son had chicken strips with fries and green beans. He ate his green beans and fries, but only half of a chicken strip considering they were burnt and dried out. Our waitress eventually brought out a new steak for my girlfriend, about 20 minutes later. We were ready to go at that point so we threw it in a box. Never saw a manager, and got a whooping 10% discount which totalled $2.90. It was very difficult to pay $50 for such a truly disgusting meal. No one around to seat us, so we seated ourselves although staff member saw us sit down. When I asked for a menu I was told next time to wait to be seated. I can brush that off, but the food I cannot. I had an online order that was wrong, ALL WRONG!! Food was missing and I spoke to the incompetent manager and told her I'd like a refund and she offered me coupons...right like that helps..I wanted a refund on my $50 order...well the manager ended up hanging the phone up on me twice. I called corporate. Maybe that manager should improve her work ethic and go work at McDonalds...I'll never be back to Applebee's!!! Their loss!
