Was passing through and wanted something to eat. So we chose this place. When we went in there were several standing and waiting. So we stood there for about 15 mins before anyone came to us. After we said there was 3 of us, she said "our credit card machine is down and it's a 20 min wait to be seated. So we left. There were a few that walked out behind us that was standing there before we even went in that was mad because they stood there hard telling how long only to hear what we had just been told. And the girl that told us was very rude about it. I'll never stop at this place again! Service: 1

Well I was there for Valentine's Day. there no help no real manger kids that worked there in regular clothes . No host food was burger was over done fries where cold. Service was poor hospitality wasn't up to par . They turned people way because the were telling them 40 min to an hour wait . The kids that did the host at the door didn't know how to host . There was no greeting no smile or ( hi welcome to Applebee's) . Nothing like that. They said there system went down since Thursday . It would be a while before I go back to Applebee's 🍎 restaurant. Me and my sister wanted just one order of all you can eat wings and one order of chees and chips. Well they brought 2 orders of all you can eat wings. We asked for a manager and told him what happened. Plus our server was just at the table twice in 45 minutes before we the manager came to the table. Plus we had to wait to get silverware and they should had brought that as soon as we was seated. The manager took off the one order of wings and the server came over and brought the bill and she Did Not get a tip. Went in got seated quick. Waited 15 minutes for waitress. Finally took our drink order then waited another 10 minutes for drinks. Already thinking of leaving, at this point but we started to order and I wanted the all you can eat ribs and shrimp when the waitress then tells me we not offering that tonight. The whole reason I went. I then offered to pay for the drinks we didn’t take a drink of but she said don’t worry about, so we left. Every time we go I’m dissatisfied, so I guess we won’t try again ever. Service: 1

If you ever want to go there for ‘endless’ food then don’t. Nope just don’t. Normally I’d give this place 3 stars but when it comes to endless food they make you wait and wait and wait for more food and then gives you tiny servings. 50/50 chance you’ll get a waiter that refills your drink as you finish them.
