Very slow more than 10 minutes for coffee, unfriendly cashier, my kid lost his balloon in coffee celling but the staff didn't even bother to help, they ask me to look into the mall for help and when I asked to use the chair they refused un helpful staff bad experience.

مستغربه من كمية التعليقات السلبيه من الناس لاكن والله ما عمري شفت الكلام السلبي الي موجود .. انا من محبين مقهى رو والله ماعمري جيت الا حسن تعامل من كل التيم الموجودين مهذبين وسريعين ودايماً كل ماجيت الاحساء اجي مقهى رو خصيصاً .. احب الفلات وايت عندهم والكركديه .. ومقهى رو وجهتي دايماً كل ماجيت الاحساء مول مع اهل اصحاب وانا اقول لهم استمرو وبارك الله جهودكم انتم والتيم حقكم والله يوفقكم ويبارك لكم برزقكم ...
