Ordered a French Dip without cheese and “Extra crispy curly fries “ What I got, same fries they were giving everyone and Ajou that you can see the bottom of the cup in. I’m no expert, but eat enough French Dips to know I’m not supposed to be able to see the bottom. Arby’s, you need to do way better than this. Update on 3/12/24. A day after I made this review I received an email from Arby’s asking for more information and my email address, phone number and more details. I sent them what they asked for. What happened you may ask?? NOTHING!! No phone calls, no emails not even a text. Just goes to show you that businesses don’t care anymore about customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I realize it’s a rest stop Arby’s but the food was cold and gross. I’m suggesting NEVER get their chicken nuggets. Supposedly premium nuggets but I’ve never had some so not premium 🤢 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It's a restaurant stop, so that's the atmosphere. They were the only fast-food place that stayed open on New Years Day at the stop. The food was good, but they were understaffed.
