The Restaurant was clean and customer service was excellent. The young lady cashier was polite and upgraded my fries because she said that I had to wait to long but I really didn't. I told them I would be back again.

Got there late & apologized, but they greeted me with smiles and didn’t mind taking my order or making the food. Great service & great food! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. I highly recommend!

I got two gyro with coupon for $7.00 1 was roast beef & other creek also kids meal chicken nuggets curly french fries & small apple juice for $1.99 took home & me my daughter granddaughter enjoy it to the last bite was good

We drove to town to get takeout here, only to find that even when you pick your store location online, that the online prices don't apply in the restaurant. A French Dip is $3 online but $6.49 at the Restaurant. They didn't have the $1, $2, & $3 menu at all in the restaurant. The lady at the counter was great.

We just had gotten done eating here at Arby's, and the service and food was excellent, customer service here are excellent when taking orders and very helpful if you don't understand the Arby's app. One of the best Arby's around that I have ever went to, thank you for the excellent service and I hope y'all team keeps up the excellent work.

I can't remember anything about my visit except for the cost of my food. It was over $17 for my food. 1 person! I couldn't believe it. I do not know about you guys but $17 is too much to pay for 1 person to eat at a fast food restaurant. And I didn't order nothing fancy just a combo and 4 mozzarella sticks and the meal was medium size, WOW 😵

I ordered the cheese steak sandwich to go. When I got home my sandwich didn't hardly have any meat "When they are suppose to have the MEAT" They didn't put any onion,green peppers.
I should have brought it BACK

Edit 05/23: The area director reached out to me about this experience and apologized for the issue, and said to wait a couple of days to see if the 1-800 number would refund my money. They didn't. I contacted him after the two days had lapsed and he said he'd let his boss know and he'd get my money back. He held true to his word and the money was back in my account the next day!
He stated the manager would be in touch as well to offer replacement meals, but I still haven't heard anything yet. To be honest I don't need anything free, I just wanted my money back.
I have bumped the review from one to three stars for the good results I received from the director, but ya'll still need to implement the ability to cancel orders for situations like this as well as work on that terrible 1-800 number! I realize this is a corporate issue and not this specific location however.
Placed an order online for dinner and set up the time for 5:45 so I could drive from work. At 5:44 I receive a phone call from the location stating that none of my fried items could be made (about 95% of my order) and I'd have to check "Somewhere on the app" to cancel my order.
Well the app states you can't cancel orders, you have to call them. So I did, and gave my information, but I didn't get a refund yet because the customer service rep said he'd have to send it to his supervisor. No ETA on that, so now I'm out $42 and I still have to find dinner elsewhere when I just drove out of my way from the next city over on my way home from work.
I understand things happen, but give us the option to cancel our order for situations like this!

I love their cheddar and roast beef sandwiches! And, the curly fries🍟 are so unique! Sometimes I wonder if the prices may ever go down, just a little. 🍔🧀🥤 Oh, and I tried their blueberry lemonade, and it was extremely tasty, plus it's even healthy for you!
