Many visitors come here to try perfectly cooked roasted sandwiches, gyros and roast beef sandwiches. A lot of visitors order delicious chocolate shake. This fast food is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Pay reasonable prices for eating at Arby's. The atmosphere is spectacular, as clients see it. But this place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

This review is specifically for their new sous vide WAGYU burger (yes it has come to this). I haven't been to Arby's in a couple of years (not that there is anything wrong with it/just not convenient to where I live). But I am out waiting on a family member at an appointment and up pops a news feed that tells me that Arby's has an item they have never offered and it is available starting today for a limited time. So me being the grubber that I am had to click on the click bait. Turns out it is a burger. Big deal....but I keep reading and it is a Japanese Wagyu burger prepared sous vide. For those wondering I will encourage you to research now. I have friends that swear by it and say burgers and steaks are never quite the same once you go sous vide. At that exact moment I find myself near an Arby's so I dive in to the drive thru line. The good: this is a hefty burger and thick and pink on the inside (the way a good burger should be in my humble opinion). Bun is nice. Toppings (shredded lettuce, tomato, slivers of red onion and pickles) are decent. The bad: This burger was COLD. We both got one and pulled straight to the adjoining parking lot so we ate within one minute of being given the bag. The meat itself is fantastic. This is a quality patty. Big, thick and rounded. Like a burger at home. The sauce could be thicker so this thiness makes for one messy burger and there were no napkins in the bag! They asked if we wanted sauces which I declined but napkins should be a given on every drive thru order?!?!?! So in review..... kudos to Arby's for trying something new and trying a cooking style way, way, way outside the fast food realm. But the presentation/delivery was not there. But for this price point I will not be trying this again. Today was the first day for this new offering so maybe it's a learning curve. If said burger had been hot I truly think it would've been mind-blowing (for a fast food burger). The Jamocha shake my dining partner got was OUTSTANDING!!! My wife went thru the drive thru to get our meal and bring it home yesterday. The curly fries were rock hard. The were obviously very old. The roast beef sandwich tasted like it had been setting around for a long time also. We will NEVER buy anything from them again. Giving them 1 star was way to many stars. I ordered $27 worth of food and what I got was barely palatable. The mozzarella cheese sticks were falling apart, the regular roast beef sandwich I got had a lot of fat in it. I realize a lot of people like fat, I am not one of those people. I like actual roast beef and not fat. Selling a sandwich for $5 with fat is not the way to keep customers coming back. I can't finish my meal because the fat makes me nauseous. Thank you Arby's! You ruined my appetite for your food! Hands down one of the best fast food experiences we’ve had in a long time. Staff was friendly (esp the assistant manager Joe!) who made some awesome recommendations as we hadn’t been to an Arby’s in a while. Back to back I could not get lunch, first time claimed manager wasn't there so they could take order ( 30 minutes after opening ). Next time was at opening, they said they wouldn't have roast beef for an hour, I didn't understand her I told her I was there for a mobile pickup. She was so very rude to me. I called the manager Joe, he was equally rude and offered no help to cancel my order. Never again! I'm done with this location! Long wait in the drive thru for a Wildgame burger. She talked me into getting a drink and curly fries and then didn't give me my drink. She dropped my change on the parking lot because she doesn't care then looks at me like I'm supposed to get out of my car and pick it up then charges me for it. The burger was nasty, the gave me about 5 curly fries and the girl in the drive thru and her rachety friend had terrible attitudes, never smiled or said thank you or sorry or anything, just looks at you like you're not the one getting robbed.
