Nice and clean, newer Arby's. For our in-dining experience and first impressions, and who really stood out here for this fast-food & in-dining 5-star, is front counter customer service rep, Ms Cynthia! What a wonderful, professional, and friendly gem she is! Very knowledgeable of the menu and what the business is doing. Top-tier quality service with her! The kitchen staff were such a great support system for both drive-thru and in-dining from our observation. We're from St Augustine and visiting, and wish we could have this location and Ms Cynthia closer to visit more often. Jalapeno roast beef sliders are perfect with horsey sauce... Just bring a winter jacket if you plan on dining in. AC works very well and feels like it is set to 60 degrees...
