Service seemed to be lacking, as only 1 person seemed to be working. And I waited a pretty long time, and I ordered to dine in. I did not get a receipt so I cannot stop the survey on the qr code at the table. The floor in the dining area is so disgusting, and needs to be replaced, with either tile or something else that's not carpet. Disgusting. The flies/fruit flies .. the men's restroom, someone smoked cigarettes in there and they didn't wash their hands, as there was NO soap in the men's restroom. Two employees seemed to step outside to smoke while we ate and no one was at the counter. I feel nauseated as I write this, and when looking for the food grade, there is none! See photos. I decided to go inside and grab my food instead of going through the drive thru, and I’m SO GLAD I DID. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Hemp at the front counter saying “Welcome To Arby’s” loud and proud. It made me proud to walk in. This wasn’t just for me, but he gave the same service to everyone who walked through that door. He was kind, pleasant, and friendly. He even knew the menu and helped me with my options. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a very long time! I hope this gets to him, and Arby’s is lucky to have him! I will definitely be back! They love to argue with customers over the drive-through speaker regarding their misleading sign and menu showing snack sized portions. “snacks on top of snacks” I have ordered snack sized items for the last year from them Then she rudely / argumentatively says that they do not have snack size portions. An experienced customer service person would offer a small instead of replying in a rude manner. I canceled my order and left. . I understand if you don’t have them anymore but don’t leave a sign on the menu saying snacks on top of snacks! No paying customers want to be argued with like that. Do better Arby’s if Trolley Rd Summerville. I drove to the next Arby’s and they do not have the same misleading sign. BEST ONE IS SUMMERVILLE PERIOD! This people inside this arbys will go out their way to make sure you get what you need! I ordered from the Nmain st location and was treated horrible. i didnt even get any sauces from that location. BUT i showed up to this one asking for 3 pepper sauce and a worker ran OUT the back door and handed them to me! No questions asked. That speaks something, The food at this location is always so good and fresh! ALSO im so glad to see this location FINALLY get the renovation its deserved for a long time!
