I went last Sunday to get a car wash because the Salinas location was closed. I ended up paying $2 more than the usual car wash that I get in Salinas so it should have been better. Even though the place is new, it was garbage and there was a lot of dirt and streaks on my car still. I called corporate the following day and they told me that they were going to reach out to the owner which the owner never responded to me. NEVER will I buy or support this T-R-A-S-H establishment ever again! I guess it was too much trouble for the owner to reach out to me and make things right. Grade F

THIS AM/PM IS ALWAYS CLOSED. I'VE GONE SEVERAL TIMES DIFFERENT DAYS AND THEY'RE CLOSED FOR MORE THAN THE 30MINS to 1HR IT SHOULD TAKE TO COUNT THE MONEY AND SYSTEM TO RESTART. THESE EMPLOYEES CLOSE FROM 1:30AM-3:45AM. SHOULDN'T IT BE 24 OR 23HRS OPEN? BAD MANAGEMENT! AND LAZY EMPLOYEES JUST MILKING THE CLOCK.

The bathroom sink is very weird there are no bowls, the water runs down a large platform. I couldn't figure it out someone has to show me. Very clean, and great gas prices, and deals on drinks.

People need to wait when Drying your car at the car wash or store manager needs to put a sign saying to be mindful of other users. Paid $14 for a wash and ad soon as I was exiting guy behind drives in right away? So much for my wash!

Good prices and sanitizer at every pump is a plus! Carwash doesnt really wash your car tho, it leaves it dirty and super wet. But for gas Arco is one of the best.

All of em' stuff are hella friendly, especially to the owner/manager Sam (maaaaan! Yo' rock🤘🏼) it's a great atmosphere. Good way to stop by and also the to go snacks are always fresh/hot. Way to go guys 👏

Always greeted with a smile.. Love their slushy drinks and hot and ready food.. Owners are nice as well.. Definitely better than Shells in my opinion..

I accidentally left with the nozzle attached. No damage, but I was charged with a $180 'drive off' fee. The bill of course was not itemized--just a flat fee. I was presented with a different touchpad for the payment, which reinforced my feeling that something shady was going on.
