Paul made this one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a while! He was very friendly and helpful it was my first time going to arctic circle and he gained a new customer! He offered us complimentary mini ice cream cones and even took our trays when we’re done eating he deserves a serious raise

Service: Paul was absolutely fantastic! Made lots of good recommendations, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was safe since I’m celiac - they cleaned the grill, got everything from fresh containers, etc. Loved it!
Atmosphere: Move place, very clean, huge unisex restrooms. It was great though a bit bland - they could use some posters or pictures or something.

Went there for dinner and it took them 20 minutes to get my food. I don’t know why it took them so long because I was the only one in the drive through. There wasn’t anybody inside either as only two cars were in the parking lot which I assumed were the workers. When I got my food it was cold and my cheeseburgers didn’t have any cheese on them. The girl who took my food looked super confused and just didn’t care about me as when I asked how much longer she just said “I don’t know”. It makes you think what their management is like.

I don't know if this was a rare occurrence, or something that happens a lot, but I feel that it is worth mentioning because it was very frustrating. First off, waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes, when I got my food I asked if they had given us fry sauce(because who doesn't love fry sauce???), and she said yes, but then offered to give me a couple of extras. When she went to get them for me a gentleman told her that he had given us plenty and we didn't need anymore. When I got home I had 2 fry sauces for 2 corn dogs and a large cheese curd-really not enough-I would have paid for the extras if he had asked. Also, our hamburgers were cold. We will definitely be waiting awhile before returning, which is sad because it is so close to home.

I love this Arctic Circle! The employees are so sweet! And the food is amazing! I had the ranch burger and a pumpkin shake! It was amazing! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Went for the Halibut but got the cod instead it was mushy even after deep frying, going to make sure I get the Halibut next time. Great place for shakes and good priced American food. FRY SAUCE!

I was surprised. The food was good. I easily ate the food and didn't regret it later. I miss their dip cones, but I realize that it's nostalgia. Their milkshakes are delicious. I'll bring my family here when we drive through.
If I was spoiled I would reduce the grease or change it to coconut, local sunflower, flaxseed, or avocado oil.
