Finally got around to trying this place after hearing such good things. The arepas surpassed expectations and were absolutely delicious. They’re huge and very filling, so make quite a substantial meal. We had the classic Pabellon Arepa with both the garlic and Guasacaca sauce. It was absolutely delicious!

One of thee best arepas I’ve had in my entire life and I really love arepas. Great filling to dough ratio, and the dough had a pleasant crunch on it. Sauces were also delish. It was a lot of food and easily made two meals for me (or at least one meal and a snack). Food truck was parked in a lot by busy-ish roads that they jazzed up with some tables/chairs and turf. 10/10 recommend

We kept driving by during our stay and knew we had to give it a try. We ordered takeout and we each ordered 2-3 arepas each, honestly 1 serves as a meal. Both sauces are worth trying as well. There’s something for everyone as they are naturally gluten free and there are vegetarian and vegan options. They do toast up well the day after if you end up with leftovers. I tried the caprese and the bean/cheese. Both were great!

Wow! We stumbled upon this place (staying right nearby) and these are absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for flavor and freshness you must come here. We had the arepa pabellon and the arepa Reina peppers and both were so delicious. 10/10 recommend!

This was a quick walk from the Ritz. It was quaint despite being next to the road and loud generator (hence the 3 stars). We have chickens so we felt right at home with the fowl that aggressively dinned with us. The garlic sauce is perfect on top of the plantain sandwich or pulled meat sandwich. Keep it in the box it comes in or the bread falls apart. The lime drink was yummy!

So dang good!! We ordered two of the top sellers. One was a beef, the other was an avocado chicken. Both were absolutely delicious. The staff was so friendly with their recommendations and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Lots of chickens roaming the area, begging for food.

If you never had arepas before, please go to Arepa 345!! If you are an arepa's lover like my husband please go to Arepa 345!! If you are a 'picky eater' like me, please go to Arepa 345!! You won't be disappointed. These are the most delicious arepas we ever had before when traveling. The food truck is conviniosly located in a very short walking distance from Governor's Beach, we basically took a break from the beach, went to eat and walked back to the beach. We went there twice during our trip to Cayman! Reasonable price and size, Reina Pepiada and La Pelua are my favorite! The place is very clean, cozy and beautiful, they served the arepa in a cute package, never seen it before:), they really take care of every single thing when they make you the Arepa. The staff are super nice and friendly, Isabela took the time to give us some tips to make sure we enjoy our time on the island, make sure you ask her anything, she will know!! Thank you Isabela, we had so much fun!! We also had the opportunity to meet the owner of the business and his wife, both were extremely nice to us and other customers that visited their food truck, they treated us so kindly that we really felt that we were part of their family LOL!

Don’t debate it - just do it. Order the first two arepas on the top right of the menu (the chicken and then the beef). They’re fantastic and well balanced. Order one of each sauce - both pair well with each and are fun to bounce back and forth between.
This was such a great reprieve from the other food in the area. Very nice little seating area. Very walkable from the Westin. Only wish is that they would sell some light beer.
The photos people post are a bit deceptive - this is a LOT of food. My wife and I think we could have probably just split one. Selfishly, I’m glad we didn’t!

This is such a cute setup for a food truck! Loved the arepa pabellana so much! It’s very filling so it was the perfect lunch for a beach day 😊. Had looked up this spot before going to Grand Cayman on vaca and it did not disappoint! Isabela was so nice, let us try the filling and was very welcoming. Love the packaging too, makes it so much easier to eat and there’s no mess! The sauces are amazing too!
The outdoor seating is super cute with the bulb string lights. Located right off the main road which made it very easy to find. Wish there’s was one of these trucks here! Loved loved loved!!
