I went there after seeing an ad in FB and reading lot of positive comments. However, I didn't like their lukewarm attitude for my inquiries. So I didn't place the order that planned. I am having second thoughts. I tasted few items. The tastes were quite good. It was that attitude that turned me away. We ordered a box of afternoon tea treats from Arroma Cafe and were delighted with the items: so fresh, so dainty, and so well made. The fish patties were delicious, and the egg boats, and chicken bouches were also very tasty. The mini eclairs were a delight! And delivered promptly on time. 5 enthusiastic stars 🌟 from us!

I ordered a platter for daana ceremony. The food was so good. It arrived on time and communication like things were perfect. Then I ordered a cake for my kid's birthday and send the requirements through WhatsApp message. I planned to pick up the cake from the bakery because my kid's nursery was nearby. When I went to pick it up they have done an entire different cake than what I asked for. I was so shocked seeing it. Then they suggest to remove all the icing and cover it again. I had no option because it was for 3 year old kids I need a ribbon cake with only top icing. I waited nearly 45 minutes and received the cake but not upto what I expected. It tasted very nice but appearance was too bad. While I was waiting there a receptionist was trying to put the blame on me saying I haven't told my requirements about the cake properly.
