If you want to remember Lakes District Museum & Art Gallery, come to this restaurant first. Visitors point out that they like Thai cuisine here. Tasty green curry chicken, green curry and green chicken are the tastiest dishes. Choose delicious wine, you won't regret it. Good thai tea goes well with the nice meal. Arrow Thai Food is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are attractive. Expect the charming atmosphere at this place. The one waitress serving the whole restaurant demonstrated the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The food is good but a bit on the bland side, it’s missing the big bold flavours that’s typical in Thai dishes. Had a lovely dinner here - John was lovely and the food was delicious! We had the pad thai tofu, fried rice with tofu, vegie stir fry and veggie green curry. Clean bowls throughout. Yum! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

In a small suburb 20mins from Queenstown is Arrowtown. Here you’ll find boutique shops, cafes and a historical town. You will also find Arrow Thai on Ramshaw Ln. If you’re planning to eat here, save your NZ dollars and go somewhere else. The food at Arrow is tasteless, small portion & expensive. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, we entered just after 1pm on a Tuesday with a few tables occupied outside but we were the only customers inside (I guess everyone went to the pub). The lunch special menu had 4 dishes to choose from costing about $15.5, including pad Thai noodles, chicken & cashew nut with rice, deep fried spring rolls with rice and Tom yum soup with rice. We requested no chilli and the dish that got served had no sauce or any flavour whatsoever. For this price, I would have expected a quality dish and possibly a drink included. If only I had walked down the road a bit to New Orleans, I would have paid a bit more to get seafood chowder instead! Even more disappointing that they don’t even sell Thai milk tea! NEVER AGAIN. If there is 0/5 star for this resto I will rate it as that! Poor customer service, not really accommodating, and the $10.00 pork wonton that we ordered was not worth it. The tall Thai lady who served us was not in the mood and was always rolling her eyes from the moment she handed out the menu up to when we ordered another dish after our first order. PadThai was below average and I'd rather order a takeaway from Thai2Go than order from here.

The portion size is a joke for a Lunch Special Meal. Smaller than a small Jam bottle. And the taste is also not great. Such a waste of money. Would've driven to Queenstown to get some good Thai food if know this is going to be like this. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

had early dinner at arrow thai food on 19.2.2023 the seafood pad kee mao (Thai drunken noodles) flat rice noodles was good, nice wokhae not quite Sydney standard.. we made the mistake to order the chilli seafood with thai basil..turned out to be just oyster sauce stir fried dish, no Thai basil at all? not the dish we expected
