You will be offered good Brezeln. But a number of guests who use Google didn't grant this fast food a high rating.

Some of the best pretzels ever are being sold here at The Woodlands Mall. They have a wide variety of flavors. My favorite is the cinnamon pretzel. Auntie Anne's is a great place to stop for a snack if you are in the mood for sweets and bread. Always fresh and good!

The cashier was very nice but it didn't occur to me that they did not use any gloves when making the pretzels. I always thought that sanitation is a big thing in food and apparently it's not here. The man was touching different surfaces and such without even washing his hands or wearing gloves. I've never felt sick in such a long while but seeing this was just disgusting. I'm sorry. Nice people, horrible work sanitation.

Service was good and fast. Sweet original pretzels/nuggets are good. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We have gone twice in the last month. The first time there weren't enough pretzels to fill our order...when we finally got our order it was incorrect. Today once again, they didn't have TWO pretzels available. We went with a cup of pretzel bites and we quickly discovered the pretzels were burned on the bottom. When I went back for a refund, the cashier was indifferent and rude. We will not return.
We ordered 50 pretzels for an event at Exxon which honestly has a huge picky crowd. Once we arrived they had everything boxed up and gave us a lot of toppings for the pretzels which was cool because other places are very chistey. My boss and I decided to buy a pretzel for ourselves since they looked good and we ended up getting them for free as a thank you! They were really good. Other then that their service was quick and easy and they even came down to our car to help put in the heavy boxes so we were grateful for that! ... :) nice people and our crazy pretzel group was satisfied and happy! So thank you to the guy who helped us pack the stuff (Isaiahs) and the other guy which I never caught his name but your services were great too
Ordered a pretzel dog from doordash, and the dough is grossly undercooked....

This place will rob your children of gum drops at the candy dispensers. Lady was rude and acted as though I, the only customer in sight, was bothering her. I walked up already knowing what I wanted so, it's not like I was one of THOSE people that spend 20 minutes looking at the menu creating a line or asking a million questions.. Moving on... Paid with cash. She did not give back the change or let me know that she did not have enough in her till (register drawer) to return change. Just kept it. I mean, it was only $.88 but, regardless of the amount, it is rude. It could have been a penny but, the simple fact that change coming back was not an option is absolutely terrible for ANY business. Beyond that, she did not give a receipt. Sucks.. I have worked in the mall for 5 years and have never once had such terrible service at this location before. Now for the pretzel... it was phenomenal. The absolute best in the mall but, I will gladly give it up for better customer service. Just know that if you want an amazing pretzel, get it from here but, know that you will not be able to use the change you would expect to receive as funds for your kids to get a gum ball from the candy machines.
I've loved this place since I was a kid, and have never been disappointed by the pretzels here. Never had a bad experience with employees, and in fact, they've all been quite friendly.
My son brought me a pretzel this afternoon and it was the worst pretzel ever .. It was overcooked and hard .. I hurt my jaw trying to eat it .. One bite was enough .. Off the young man working at the time had not been flirting with a girl he might have gotten the order .. My son ordered 3 with cheese .. Guess what, no cheese .. I'm very disappointed and am going to Wetzlers next time
Best pretzels I have ever had! Excellent customer service too!
