So how many ways can you eat a pretzel ? I still can’t figure it out😂😂They have so many options and they are all mouth watering! Best thing to snack on while you shop .

Mind you it’s 35 min till close time on Sunday night and Im in front of two people and 4 more people behind me and cashier says we not making any more food. This is first ridiculous

This has been a good pretzel for many years. However...
This location always seems to be "out" of pretzels sometimes up to an hour before closing. They will just tell you what's in the case is all they have left for the day.
Recently grabbed the last plain pretzel. While we sat and ate it, we watched at least a dozen other paying customers come to the counter and then walk away. I know this has to be a management decision to not make extra that would need to be thrown out, but from a customer satisfaction and money making stand point its just bad business.

I received wonderful service from the employees working today! I witnessed a woman very rudely yell at several of the employees and then film them for the next half hour, but each of them kept their composure and treated her with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Hats off to these wonderful, patient employees!

Salted pretzel tastes like stale bread cooked in an old greasy oven.Cheese sauce is thick squeezy cheese taste.

The old lady managing it is just cold rude and lets everyone know from her demeanor and body language that she hates her life and takes it out on the teenagers she works with.

First time I got anything from here and it was delicious. I had a strawberry lemonade with mini cinnamon bites. It wasn't cinnabon but it was really good.

Decided to finally try them today… got a little hot dog wraps, Even though they didn’t look at that burnt, they had a super smell and taste of burnt that even the cheese wouldn’t cover… could not finish tossed them in the trash
