Bedbugs!!!!! AVOID this 'hotel' at all costs! I arrived to the hotel at 12pm, which was the stated check-in time on the booking website - this was apparently wrong and I was informed check-in was at 2pm. The staff's response to this mix-up was disappointingly rude, and their demeanor remained consistently unpleasant throughout my short stay. As for the room itself, it was a nightmare. The space reeked and was swarmed with flies. To make matters worse, within just 10 minutes of sitting on the bed, I noticed three bites on my legs—smaller than mosquito bites, characteristic of bed bug infestations. Upon inspecting the mattress, I made a horrifying discovery: it was teeming with bedbugs and ants, not to mention it was disgustingly dirty. Immediately, I requested to check out. The staff member's reaction was unsurprisingly apathetic, informing me that I would need to contact the booking website for any sort of refund or resolution. There was no apology, no attempt to address the dire situation. Save yourself the trouble, and look elsewhere for accommodations!

Please read the reviews of this place!!! It’s disgusting full of bugs, bedbugs and fleas! Checked out as soon as I checked in as my skin was itching see photos for bugs! They have refused to give the refund even when I showed them the photos terrible place and terrible service!! I found so many places in the area with much better quality and service!

Felt expensive for what we got. The dorm was more like a twisting hallway filled with beds, and the toilet was always blocked and unusable. The staff were friendly and the beds were comfy with curtains which is a plus! Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Perfect budget hotel. No bells and whistles. Ww booked the private room with private bathroom. The space was clean, bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well keeping us cool. They provide toilet paper,, bed linens and towels but additional toiletries are not offered so make sure you bring what you need. There is no hot water for showers but that was OK for us and is common in the Philippines esp at budget hotels. We really enjoyed the hearty breakfast that came with our booking - you can choose from Silog, Omelette, breakfast sandwhich, pancakes, and coffe/tea. Some entrees came with bread and a side of fruit. Wifi signal isn't strong in some of the rooms but it worked fine down in the lobby area and upstairs at the restaurant. Excellent location as it's very close to the beach, and restaurants. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They were also on the grounds at all times making for a safe location. They also held our luggage for us when we took a two day trip further north which we really appreciated. Our luggage was secured and looked after during that time. Staff no friendly I don't see never that we arrived and no hello only rude. Smile never. Nothing information. For breakfast I ask what time. He did not sayed nothing. Ok you work. And me I work but I do good costumer service. How after I give good review you don't care.? Ok. And. Me. I don't care. I give real review. For 1 2 night it's ok for the price and breakfast small it's ok. Delicious. Water breakfast 2 days empty and free towel.all place vidlsit Phillipines they have free water. Here no..He gave share room first wrong. I had booking single and I spoke.. Internet good. No hot water. El. Nido the people. No friendly only they want yours money. Better people. Boracay siargao coron. Sorry this true and expensive. Never again el. Nido why come. More expensive Meal type Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

We stayed in a family room for two nights. The surroundings of the place were average, not very lovely in ambiance. But this was understandable because it was a budget hotel. It wasn't located in front of the oceanfront but it was a short walk from the shore. ||||The room was not favorable. The sheets were still slightly wet and the towels were clearly old and have been used and washed again and again. There was dripping water from the ceiling every time it rained hard. There were no free toiletries given. However, their breakfast was satisfying, especially when we ate banana pancakes. There were plenty of options to choose from and their food presentation was great. ||||The staff were alright and somewhat accommodating. One even helped a foreigner to his room when he was a little drunk. They also were very helpful with getting tricycles for our trip to Nacpan Beach and looking after our things when we left them. The location of the place was somewhat good, because it was near plenty of restaurants and shops that we could just walk a mile instead of riding tricycles.||||The place was more or less okay. But I wouldn't stay there again unless for the sweet breakfast experience. If you ever have a tight budget however, this is the place for you.

Perfect location! Austria’s place is just near to the beach, ATMs, nice restaurants and Church. Ours was a standard double room with breakfast, but we didn’t expect that it’s a shared bathroom. The room has tissue but no shampoo & soap which’s fine since room rate was cheap. Our room was spacious since it’s a double room, so we had the queen bed. Nothing to worry when someone is using the bathroom ‘coz they have the public CR located beside our room. The staff were friendly and helpful in terms of answering our questions and of the actual price of the cabs, tricycle, and other payments. We really love our breakfast even if it’s plated. Tricycle drivers can easily locate Austria. Happiness beach bar, T-Spot, Art Cafe and many famous restaus are just in front of Austria. Wi-Fi was intermittent.

Was good, we stayed in a 2 bed room which was fairly clean and had an attached bathroom, there was 3 of us in the room so we also made use of the outdoor showers which were nice. Was pretty much what we paid for, was cheap. Breakfast was included which was good, just an average breakfast. ||Overall would recommend, was in a good location on a back street so wasn't too noisy.

Ended up spending a week in this place and for the price it was good enough. The free breakfast was usually ok with a lot of options so I tried a different one every day. The chef guy was cool and I had dinner here a couple of times out of pure laziness. He'd usually run out of a lot of stuff but always managed to cook me something.||The room was fine, no AC but the fan was strong enough to help it cool (unless there was a power cut). Unfortunately my window looked onto the restaurant so that would usually wake me up in the mornings. The shared toilets/showers were tiny but relatively clean so they did the job.||It's in a good location, walkable to everywhere in town.||So in conclusion, for the price I wouldn't complain about anything.

We stayed here for two nights! It's really nice in here. They provide delicious breakfast. The budget friendly rooms were worth it even without air condition. They also packed our breakfast cause we have to leave early morning. And yes they did. Staff were so nice :) I'll be back here someday! It is also near a bank so you will not worry if you're short in money.
