The bagels are amazing! My favorites are the cinnamon crunch and Blueberry. Love the Honey Almond cream cheese. Because the bagels are so good, they were super busy. Parking lot was full and the drive thru was super long. I went inside to order and the line moved quickly. However, the employees looked exhausted and were not as upbeat as the last time I visited. They were polite. A reminder to always be kind to these workers during this busy retail season. To the owners/managers, a reminder to reward your employees who are working so hard.

Please know i dont usually write negative reviews, only good ones, that being said, when i have a very unpleasant experience, i do like to warn other people, so they can consider going to the other location instead of the drive-tru one. We waited close to 35 minutes to get our bagels, it all started at the window, where the young guy taking our order asked us what we wanted and then would listen to us for 10 seconds and then just turn around and talk to someone either in the kitchen or behind the counter, and continue to do this for the 5 minutes it took to JUST order the food, as he would continue turning around back to the kitchen and we would have to repeat ourselves, only for him to tell us something was no longer available, so we tried to accommodate and choose whatever was available. At the end I repeated the whole order, item by item, just to make sure it was right as he seemed confused or uninterested the whole time, and like he was not really paying attention. We were then asked to pull over forward and our order would brought to our car. 25 minutes had passed when the same guy who took our order at the window walked towards us, no food in hand, so we thought maybe he was coming towards us to apologize and maybe update us on how much longer we might wait (we ordered 2 bagels and a coffee, nothing else) but instead the guy came to our window tell us we had to move since now there are another 2 cars waiting behind us as well (BECAUSE they were taking so long) and because of US now people couldn’t get to the window…no apologies, no “can you please move forward”, nothing. We honestly were so hungry and still sleepy that we were in no mood to be confrontational, so we just obliged and moved our car even further away from the store. Another 5 minutes passed by and the same kid came out with our food, we drove off to a nearby parking lot to eat cause we were so hungry. I had asked for a poppy bagel (all they had left) with smoked salmon, onions and cream-cheese, and please NO capers. You can see in the photo i got a (stale) poppy bagel, with cream cheese, CAPERS, and 2 pieces of onion. No salmon in sight. My husband ordered a “spiced cheddar melt” and tomato on a poppy bagel (after they changed his order twice because of lack of the original bagels he had asked for, and had been told were available) and got a plain bagel with cheese, covered in oil, but at least it did have tomatoes… the order came out to around $27 total, and we never even got a receipt for me to post. We should’ve just drove back and demanded our money back, but we were already gone and hungry and upset so I am writing this review instead, trust me guys, just go to the location on MN ave and save yourselves the headache.

I recently visited Bagel Boy, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was efficient and friendly, and I didn't encounter any issues during my visit. The staff was accommodating and quick to take my order, which is always appreciated when you're looking for a hassle-free dining experience.
When it comes to the food, I found it to be good but not exceptional. I ordered a classic sesame bagel with cream cheese, and it was fresh and tasty, but it didn't stand out as anything particularly special. It satisfied my craving for a simple and reliable bagel, but it didn't leave a lasting impression.
One thing worth noting is that Bagel Boy seems to have a decent variety of bagel options and toppings to choose from, so there's potential to explore more exciting combinations on future visits.
In summary, Bagel Boy provided a good dining experience with efficient service and decent food quality. While it may not have been a mind-blowing culinary adventure, it's a reliable choice if you're in the mood for a classic bagel fix without any frills.

This is the best place in town to get a breakfast sandwich. The sausage breakfast boy is amazing and the staff is always very friendly. I go to this spot most Friday mornings and it is a great way to end the work week for sure. Also the price is great at under $5 for a breakfast sandwich you can't beat it.

Had not been there in a while. Was craving their soup. I received cold soup after sitting at the window for service for 15 min. Had to warm it up when I got home. I gave 2 stars as it did taste good, but they should not be serving cold soup.

Drive thru is the worst. They don't have anything to order online or a speaker before you arrive at the window. You Order once you arrive at the window and Then you wait another 30 minutes for your food. Not Sure what the inside is like, but it is super busy also.
The food! Got a few of the bagel sanwiches, and they were amazing! Yogurt Parfait tastes really good, too! Coffee has good taste but not strong.

Always a great breakfast options or even lunch. They do have gluten free bagels in flavors too, not just plain!
The flow of this location isn't great so there can be a long wait and there is usually only one person working in the early morning hours.

Walking into this place I should have just turned around and left but I have friends who raved about the food. There were flies everywhere, and an unwelcoming staff. I ordered a bagel sandwich and grabbed a macaroni salad from the fridges. Paid $15 and the salad had mold growing on it and there was a hair in the unopened container. I went back in to ask for a refund for the salad and was told that he didn’t know how to process a refund.

Whenever I’m in town I always get Bagel Boy on my way out. Excellent breakfast sandwiches and bagels. They’re pretty quick but sometimes you have to wait a little bit if they’re swamped which is no big deal to me.
The Porker on a garlic bagel is a good savory options, or the Cinnamon Toast Crunch bagel is a good sweet option if you don’t know what to get.

I love this bagel boy location. Hands down has the best tuna recipe, especially compared to the other location in town (no offense to the other location)! The owners are super sweet and the atmosphere is cozy. You can sometimes find them around working with their team on weekends. 10/10 would recommend!
