Variety if unique bagles available. Rainbow, marble, spinach, french toast, pizza, wildberry, raisin, etc. I’m a sucker for rare editions/versions, so this place was a hit. Always busy and busting with people, but the lines goes down real quick bc the staff are very fast. Thanks for bearing with my picky and long list of orders. Also the cream cheese variety was also interesting. The Lox was good, everything bagel breakfast sandwich was good too. But they said the whole wheat bagel was out when we ordered, but it came back in 5min after when we were purchasing. Could’ve checked for us :/

We stop at bagel world all the time. Most recently we stopped on our way to Salem. Drove from Maine to Mass with 16 hungry people and even though we all descended upon the spot at the same time they’re completely handled it calmly. Everything was super tasty.

I have personally met and talked to the owner and his wife they are wonderful people and there son's worked 💪 there this summer and we're good workers an are very respectful. The girls they have working the counter are great too.I lived in Boston most of my life but moved to Danvers 4 years ago I drove for a living all over New England and have tried many many bagel 🥯 😳 😀 places to me they're the 👌 BEST.

Would be great to be able to call ahead or place an online order instead of waiting in the horrendous line, but the phone was turned off & online ordering was not available, and this was BEFORE 2 hrs within closing. Would be more efficient for everyone to order ahead. Some of us who work during the day have limited time for lunch & can’t be wasted standing in line. There’s at least 5-6 people working & only 1 person working the line, make that make sense!!

The best bagels with the worst service. I guarantee 2 things. You will love what you get but you won’t get it for a while. Consistent lines out the door NOT because they are so good but because the workers pay way more attention to their own conversations and phone!

I come here frequently and whenever I order an iced coffee online instead of in the store they ALWAYS forget the cream. I get sugar or caramel and most of the time they'll tell me the sugar/caramel at the bottom of the cup is the cream BUT cream readily mixes into the drink unlike caramel or sugar so it wouldn't collect at the bottom of the cup like that. And yet, when I order it in store it never looks like that. I'm only giving 1 star hoping someone looks at this bc they don't take me seriously in store. Just admit you forgot the cream and do better. Especially if you charge a convenience fee for online orders. The least you can do is get it right so I can grab and go instead of waiting around for someone to fix it when it's busy.
Also, consider offering a liquid sugar for the iced coffee. I've stopped ordering sugar because it doesn't mix in.
I really do like the bagels here. I’m from nj originally and I never thought I’d find anything even remotely close in quality but i was wrong. This place is on par. It’s legit always packed but on the weekends they have an express line for just uncut bagels and a drink two which is an awesome idea. My only complaint about this place is the way they make a bacon egg and cheese or sausage. They premade the innards of the sandwich and then microwave it then throw it on the bagel. To me this is bagel blasphemy. They need a flat top stove and one dude blasting out hot fresh sandwiches of that sort. But all in all they have my current #1 ranking in the bagel arena in this state so far. I do drive from rockport to Peabody almost every Saturday morning to come here so do with that as you will.

Off the chain. First time, great experience! Staff was friendly even though it was super busy, bagels were wicked fresh and the veggie cream cheese is really good. Prices are incredibly reasonable. Will he back many times.
Can’t go wrong with bagels and cream cheese or any bagel sandwiches - Always great! The iced cappuccino is great as well
