Adorable little bakery with the sweetest owner. We live in the city and we only have one gluten free shop in the area that even comes close to VI’s. We tried so many things, and they were delicious. We only focus on gluten free, but Vi also offers keto, paleo, and vegan options.
We appreciate the variety of hot teas offered as well.
Please support this local bakery! We will be back next time we’re in town.

Vi makes the most delicious grain free breads, cakes, cookies, quiches and more! I celebrated my birthday there today with my husband who has no food allergies. He loved the quiche, the coffee, and the oatmeal whoopi pie just as much as I did ( only I chose the grain free chocolatechip cookie for dessert) I brought home a grain free baguette and it is perfect, great crust, chewy, and great with butter. Baked by Vi is a true gem!

Wonderful quaint little bakery shop dedicated to gluten free foods. We bought from Vi at a local farmer's market and had to stop in at her shop. Very transparent on her ingredients, so you can find something that works for many sensitivities. Must try the blueberry cheese danish!

Cute shop with scrumptious gluten free baked goods!
I bought a piece of Keto friendly carrot cake for my hubby, he loved it!
Other cute things to purchase as well.
Adorable earrings, hot pads and scrubbies!
Place to sit and eat your goods and have a cup of joe!

Wonderful new bakery in little old New Paris, Indiana!
100% gluten free. Keto, paleo, and vegan available, also. If you have any food allergies, this is your place.
Everything is delicious, from soup to quiches, to hone made pies, cookies, cakes, and granola.
Highly recommend!!!
