Such a pleasant experience all the way around. Beautiful little restaurant with fantastic food. We had the Tom Yum Soup, the Ginger Red Snapper (so fresh!) and the Sampler for an appetizer - don't miss this. The owner is very nice and really made us feel welcome. WOW! I have nothing but amazing things to say! We did pickup! The taste was excellent, service was awesome, and pay w cash and get a discount! My mom and I both loved our food. Delicious and affordable Thai food in Milford. Tum the chef stopped by to say hello and thank us for the visit. We've already returned a second time and brought friends and will be back again. Tried calamari, various types of curry, soups, etc. All very good. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Highly recommended. My third visit in the same week. Hands down the most delicious drunken noodles in CT! The Tom yum noodle soup was also delicious. I love this place and the staff are the kindest! An amazing gem in Milford. This restaurant has the best fresh Thai food we have ever eaten. We have been there several times since their opening in March. The dining area is cozy and has neat architectural details. The staff are very friendly and take their time with you. If it is after rush hour you can sit and chat with them over a bottle of (byob) of wine. They will make anything to your specific needs such as vegan or gluten-free. Please pay them a visit! I’ve lived in Milford for over 20 years and the Drunken Noodle with Chicken that I had at this restaurant was without a doubt the most delicious dish I’ve eaten in town. Usually I have to travel to NYC or New Haven to taste such diverse and well balanced meals, but now I’m happy to say that Bangkok Room is a 2 minute drive from my house and I will be coming regularly. I stopped here to get a delivery so I figured while I was waiting I ordered the summer roll with the peanut sauce. They are absolutely phenomenal fresh perfect blend of flavors. I absolutely love them. I will be returning. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

I've had Bangkok Room at least a handful of times in the last year, and every single time it's been excellent. I used to not be a big fan of Thai food, but this place has converted me. Their drunken noodle with chicken is very very flavorful with a little spice (this could be more than some people like). The noodles and chicken are certainly not dry like some drunken noodles that I've had. The fried pork dumplings are very good as well, with a very crispy shell and soft flavorful pork inside. My wife enjoyed the Thai iced tea as a drink. I've ordered both take out and eaten at the restaurant, the food is always PIPING hot and is clearly made fresh to order. Their entree portions are generous both take out and in restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is pretty small, but the outside has seating on a wrap around deck with some nice ambiance as it's right near the water. Overall I'd definitely give Bangkok Room a strong recommendation for anyone who is looking for Thai food in the area. They also deliver. Wonderful. The owner is a delightful lady who frequently pops out of the kitchen with kind words to her patrons. The food is AMAZING. This restaurant is hard competition for the best in state. I have eaten here a few times now, and it is always very good. The Som Tam Thai salad is FIRE, both figuratively and literally.
