This is a home-style eating place with a nice homely atmosphere. While items are not cheap (the smallest katsu don set meal is 1300jpy), servings are generous. Service was warm too. When the lady boss realised that I had ordered a large set to share with my boy, she gave us an extra bowl of rice and miso soup. At the end of the meal she also served us coffee, on the house. The nearby parking area has about 3 lots reserved for its customers. We filled our tummies here before exploring the castle grounds, which is just a stone’s throw away. Best ever tonkatsu I had! Not entirely communicatable in English but the owner helped me select a suitable meal size for me. Delicious 😋 Airy & relaxing dining environment to rest my weary feet. After visiting the castle we found this nice little place for having lunch. The owner is super sweet and welcomed us in on a hot day, immediately serving us ice water! The menu and everything is all in Japanese and no pictures but she used a picture on the wall to help us choose! Would highly recommend the tempura pork meal! She came back constantly giving us more sweets to try, including some fresh, delicious and juicy peaches and iced coffee! It was definitely worth taking a risk for this small local restaurant! You won't be disappointed!

餐廳是直接使用日式民宅而成，不特別尋找只有經過的話很難發現，要入內用餐必須先在門口拖鞋後才能進入店內空間挺大的，看門口好像說可以接法事之類的活動於平日中午前往時，沒什麼客人，只有老闆娘一人在負責外場，所以出餐點餐會比較慢菜單內容有很多，全部都是日文看評論似乎最推薦豬排，於是就選了豬排定食(上)，貌似是從豬排厚度做等級分類的豬排的炸法感覺有特別研究過，吃起來不會很油膩，肉也很扎實，確實有該被推薦的理由另外在定食盤中還有附上一杯小小的咖啡，很特別 P.S. 廁所設置在外面，是日本早期的茅坑廁所，上的時候要注意安全 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

普通の民家に見えますが食堂です。お店の前には小型車なら2台止められるスペース、道を挟んで向かい側にも駐車場があります。お店ヘの入り口は狭いので車椅子などでは難しいと思います。特上ロースカツ定食をお願いしました。ちょっときつね色の濃い衣だったので熱が入り過ぎなのかなと思いましたが、そんな事は無く適度に柔らかな肉でした。とても厚い肉でしたが固くなく、スジも少なく臭みもなく良い味。欲を言えばもう少し肉の旨味を感じたい気もしましたがこれは好みでしょうか。また近くに行くことがあったら寄ってみたいと思います。今度はソースカツ丼かな😊 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

白石城直下の番やさん。カツ丼(特上)1500円。カツの量は多いが、思ったほどカツは分厚くなかった。カツ丼が人気の店は甘い味付けですね。卓上にあるソースを皿に入れてなめてみたが、自家製ソースのようでおいしかった。

口コミを見て、カツ丼（上）と肉うどんを頼みました。甘めの味付けでふわふわの卵とサクサクカツが最高でした。肉うどんはさくっと食べられる細麺でもちもち、出汁の効いたつゆがとても美味でした。奥さんの感じもよく、気持ちよく食事できました。食後ににそのまま白石城を散策しにいけます。おすすめです！ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
