If you're looking for a cozy and intimate bar with a prohibition-style ambiance, this is the place to be. While the service is good, the drinks are definitely worth coming for. It's a great spot to unwind and have a sit down with friends after a long day. The highlight of this bar is the amazing 2 X 1 happy hour deal, which is a steal! I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a nice drink in a unique setting.

had a fantastic time at Bar Way Home! The Old Fashioned was perfect, and the British and Parisian interior blend created a unique ambiance. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very few places in Taipei open for afternoon drinking and this place has happy hours as a bonus. I'll definitely be coming back for more great experiences!

Yes on the cocktails. Of course they offer way more than just cocktails, but the new creations and old favorites are both spectacular.
Vibe is A+. Dark, indulgent mood. Excellent service. Great place for an intimate night out.

A very good place for a drink or two. Just to chill or gather with friends. Cocktails are absolutely fantastic. Would like to come back to try its food.

Love this place! Have spent 10 days in Taipei and have visited here 4 times at least.
Vibe is beautiful, cocktails are delicious, service is excellent, and prices are good. John and Will and the rest of the BarWayHome team are a cut above the rest.

I visited this bar recently, and I have to say, it left me a bit disappointed. The prices here are on the higher side, and the drink portions are surprisingly small – we’re talking just a few sips per glass. Even after downing four or five drinks, I couldn’t feel a buzz. When the staff asked us how everything was, I mentioned the size issue, but they simply explained that it’s their standard serving size. It left me wondering why they bothered to ask in the first place.
They did mention that if we weren’t satisfied, they’d treat us better next time we came in, but I won’t be returning unless they make some changes. On top of that, the pizza we ordered was both tiny and overpriced. It’s just too expensive for what you get. They really need to step up their game if they want to keep customers like me coming back.
