So I finally got around to checking out Barbecue by Biasotti. I definitely will give them the nod best bbq in Lake County. My wife had the pulled pork nachos and I had there 2 meat combo blate.. I had the tri tip and the chopped brisket. My sides where home-made Mac n cheese and cole slaw. The food was very good definitely smokey and flavorful with there sauce. The only thing I would have wanted more of is some of their house made bbq sauce. Prices were fair for what you got. The dine in option is kind of small for inside but there is more seating outside. I definitely will be back. I hope to come in sometime when they have their specials though. 2/4/24 update Just went over there to try their new barbecue brisket pastrami Sandwich. So first just like the last time I wish? I had more barbecues sauce on it since it's so good. The pastrami reminded me more of a corn beef but it was still very good just without the brine and Tang. Very juicy in paired well with the homemade Cole slaw. For my side I had their homemade Mac and cheese which last time I reviewed was excellent and still is. You can tell it's made from scratch, and it has a nice crust on it as well.
