Menu said Lox & Cream Cheese sandwich with lox, cream cheese, capers, tomato and onions on choice of bagel. We were given a buttered bagel with lox instead. :( Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until my boyfriend was at work ready to eat, and no one at the shop answered the phone or returned our call. Sorry to leave a bad review, but a $12 sandwich is probably what an hourly rate is at your business… so it’s definitely not just chump change. I ordered 6 bagels all were covered in seeds and they went great with the strawberry 🍓 Cream cheese 🥯. I will definitely be getting bagels more often now TY Barristers Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is by far one of the best little breakfast books in Pottstown. They have amazing food and incredibly friendly staff. Definitely try their sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich, with hash browns and bacon. Their cinnamon buns are to die for. Get them grilled and get extra! Everything is delicious. Great customer service! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in! I ordered an egg and cheese on an everything bagel with a hashbrown and matcha latte. I was able to get my eggs scrambled and vanilla syrup added to my latte! Would definitely recommend this place! Update went back today and Matt helped me again! He remembered exactly how I liked my Matcha and even wrote Mrs.Matcha on my cup! Great customer service lol

The bagels and bagel sandwiches are delicious. The staff was pleasant and our food was done quickly! A crumb cake and coffee to go. The hot coffee was self-serve, but you were still able to add flavors. We even decided to get some bagels to go home because of how good they looked.

Food is good, however, perpetually disappointing that a bagel shop would be closed on MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS and that is why this review is so low. People want bagels on Mondays and Tuesdays too; these are two of the most bustling days of the week. Especially being the downtown location, these hours of operation are not acceptable. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese with a hash brown, Turkey sausage egg and cheese with hash brown, sticky bun and a dog bagel. My dog loved his bagel! The hash brown was eh in the bagel but I ate one half of my bacon egg and cheese and when I went to eat the other half there was a long blonde hair in it. I called to let them know that there was hair in my bagel and their solution was to “let them know “ then hung up. Ridiculous no apology refund or anything that would rectify the gross issue. Like the bagel came out to $8.50 and I was only able to eat half and it wasn’t up to par that’s crazy to basically be ignored cause someone didn’t wrap their hair up 🙄 will not be purchasing any bagels moving forward!! Sticky buns are good tho ! Upset that I don’t have a photo to prove the hair but I had to throw it away once I found the hair 🤮 spent a total of $23 to be told “I’ll let them know” as if that makes anything better. I've enjoyed everything I've eaten from here. I am a big bagel fan and it's nice to have a bagel shop here in town. Their bagels are delicious and do not disappoint. The wait can sometimes be a little on the longer side depending on the time and day you go, but overall this is a great spot to grab some food.

Idk what happened with this place but I used to order from them all the time. Today I decided to try them again after moving locations - I ordered the grilled sticky bun as usual. I bit into it and it tasted like ONIONS. Immediately wanted to throw up, I despise onions. But t mix it with something sweet was horrible. And it wasn’t just a hint, I literally had onion and garlic on my breath for hours. I had to not eat my food that I paid for. Smh 🤦🏼‍♀️ chalked it up to someone didn’t clean the grill after making a very onion like breakfast sandwich.
