Environment here was very gloomy, not usual upbeat feel you expect from an ice cream place. Attendee was rushful after a minute of choosing one ice cream for a large family and there was maybe one other customer in line that walked in. Probably the worst Baskin robins I’ve ever been to. I went in on a Saturday night there were two employees working and 3 people in front of us. The service was extremely slow. We were probably in there waiting for a good 20 minutes before they even took our order. The employee that helped us was very unenthusiastic about her job it was obvious not sure if she was having a bad day but when it was time for us to order she just starred at us not even a greeting a smile nothing. They were also out of a lot of flavors. Overall I was very disappointed with my experience as I have had nothing but good experiences at many Baskin robins locations. this will be on the the list of plces to shut down eventually the employees in the evening are very rude and do not want to do the basics of their job which is to serve ice cream. they refused to open anymore cones even though they do no close for multiple hours and force you to get cups. they make you not welcome.
