I have been supporting this locally owned location for a while now. Has been great. Lately I have noticed very small scoops. I would rather the price go up a little bit then for them to give you what seems a half a scoop. They also charge for writing on cakes when you go in there to purchase, which I don’t agree with considering the cost of the cakes! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

This shop is always so well maintained and clean. The employees are so lovely and accommodating. I am however a little disappointed that many of their flavors contain soy, including their gluten free cones. I feel if they make their ice cream they should care about their ingredients. Overall great flavor choices if you don't have allergies.

Always a good experience at our West Salem Baskin Robbins!! Owner, Sarah is so friendly and accommodating!! I got a pumpkin cheese cake sundae and it was scrumptious!!

The ice cream cake I ordered for my son's birthday looked awesome and tasted amazing. Each Oreo had a different flavor that I picked out. It was like getting a mini scoop of goodness on top the ice cream cake itself :) They did a great job. The lady customized it exactly the way I asked and she was very friendly. Would recommend letting it sit out then putting it back in the freezer for a while before serving to soften the cake.

I forget her name but she also owns the store and the creative genius designer of the cakes. Thank you so much for my granddaughter's unicorn ice cream creation! Your creativity is amazing! Thank you! It was a hit!

I was blown away by the cake decoration for my daughter's birthday cake! It was not your average ice cream cake...it was gorgeous! Absolutely perfect. I really can't rate them high enough! They were also very helpful and had me in and out quickly. I highly recommend this location for your cakes!

I ordered a Frozen 2 themed ice cream cake, chocolate cake with Oreo ice cream, with Sarah and it was AMAZING. It looked beautiful, with high quality decorations that we can use as keepsakes for my kid. Thank you BR31 in west Salem for being the best and creating special memories for our family!
