You just can't go wrong with ice cream after a long day or after a fulfilling meal. They keep the place pretty clean for the most and the service is very friendly.

I LOVE Baskin Robbins, and I have been going to this location for as long as I have lived in SCV (15 years!). However, when I went last night, I noticed that the employee serving me was NOT wearing gloves, and she touched both my ice cream and ice cream cone. I hate to write a negative review for a business I love so much, but given the health and sanitary concerns of this issue, I can’t help but leave this review. As a food-worker myself with a CA food-handler certification, I am aware that it is a requirement for team members to wear gloves while serving food, so I am very disappointed to see these health and safety regulations not being followed.

Had a banana split, it was good, but would of liked the employee to add more toppinga as in quantity its like if they where counting the amount they put it, would got back, maybe ill have better luck next time.

Such a warm atmosphere! Walking in to the smell of fresh waffle cones and the sound of music is always a fun experience for the group! Came in with my friends from home and the dining area was clean and welcoming. Consistently Friendly and helpful staff.

Great store. Friendly staff. They had a minor scheduling conflict with their decorator, so they upgraded my cake size, and were so apologetic over an issue that was not even a minor inconvenience for me . Would 10/10 recommend!

Very crowded after school on a Wednesday. Great attitude from the employee who helped and adequately staffed. Ice cream was good and my shake was delicious.

The old elderly lady who is probbaly the owner is very unpleasant to be around. She makes the environment very unprofessional and unwelcoming. She loves to hover around her workers making sure they do everything right. Her employees seem to have a strong distaste for her. Would recommend coming here when she isn't working.

Got a waffle cone that wasn't completely cooked. When I asked for a better cone. The manager looked at me confused, proceeded to touch the cone after moving the paper with no gloves and handed it back with another cone saying here is the cone. Basically having me switch it on my own. The employee handed me a spoon after saying "she hates being wasteful." Referring to the manager. I'm absolutely appalled by this managers customer service. If I go back I will be very hesitant.
