Daiquiri Ice is one of my wife's favorite sherbets since she was 15 and when we started dating.
I'm not sure if that particular sherbet is seasonal but while we were in the League City area for a doctor appointment, my wife called around and found this location that had her fav flav. 😁
The young lady that waited on me was VERY pleasant and personable, even to the point of congratulating us on our 52 yr relationship.
The only issue I had was the fact that this location did not make shakes/malts which was another item we wanted.
We would definitely return to this location in League City for the fav flav and the kindness of this young lady who served us...👍😎

Bought an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. The cake was super dry. I just moved down here a few months ago, but where I used to live, Baskin Robins’ cakes were not dry, and they frosted them with ice cream, not this whipped yucky stuff we got here. Also, I found plastic in my piece. Yes, a piece of plastic was in my ice cream cake. Gross!!!

I ordered a unicorn cake online for my daughters 7th birthday. We were in a rush to pickup the cake before her birthday dinner so we didn’t pay much attention to this huge mistake until we got in the car. At that point we didn’t bother going back in to make them aware. I really can’t believe they let this go out the door. Birthday was spelled on the cake “Brith Day”. On top of that, the colors were completely off from what it looked like online. On the bright side, it still taste good and that’s all my daughter really cared about. At the very least, we all got a great laugh at Baskin Robins expense. Come on Baskin Robbins, do better. At least spell birthday correctly.

My experience was not pleasant at all. The young lady with a blue hoodie was rude from the get go. When the container was empty she threw it on the floor. She broke the cone and tried to use her hand to switch cones. She was not attentive and if I had not corrected her my order would’ve been wrong. When I asked for a spoon instead of assisting after listening to my request she turned around and had another employee ask me what I needed. Will not be returning. Please vet your employees better.

It was okay, they're partnered with Dunkin donuts, they're mocha isn't sweet at all, even when I asked for extra chocolate it just made it chalkly. They were very patient with us though, which I give them 4 stars for.

Terrible service. I’ve went 2 times with my significant other and it’s so bad that it made me think about this review. 1. The ice cream taste old and The milk shake it taste like they jus poured milk into it without blending. 2. We waited 20+ minutes every time we go and while we wait there are a group of teens always talking and playing around tossing things which is very unprofessional. 4. No gloves on few employees which is very disturbing.
Overall I’m very disappointed in the communication and lack of the customer service.
I do not recommend going on Friday mid afternoon because that’s when they tend to do the worst.

My daughter had rainbow ice cream in a waffle cone like usual and I had cup of Oreo cold brew, they were both delicious and we didn't had to wait at all.

I have visited this location several times and each time that I have been they have not had mint chocolate chip. Yesterday I took my in-laws and was very disappointed that they did not have chocolate, vanilla or mint chocolate chip ice cream (again!). They selected pistachio and almond ice cream but waited until we arrived at our destination to eat their ice cream only to find that it was not any good. You could see that it was freezer burned. It looked like it was curdled and it had a gritty texture. My father-in-law tasted it and said that even the almonds had a plastic texture. Had we not been a good distance away I would have driven back to return it. I made an attempt to call them to let them know about our order but no one answered the phone. Very disappointed and doubt I will return to this location.
