Terrible service and unsanitary conditions. The place has serious health care concerns with visible areas of mold and dirty, clogged filters laying out in the customers view. Similar to the other reviews, they flat out act ignorant when approached about honoring promotions such as T-Mobile Tuesdays and do not accept them. Rather they lie to you that it's a carrier issue. The girl in the back was on her phone and yelling at the customers and yelling at the one other employee who was actually trying to service the customers. One would think I am just making this up, but feel free to take a look at the photos as well as other reviews from the last few months. I was truly appalled and not expecting this type of experience in a very pleasant Flower Mound community.

Employee was completely un helpful, and really rude. The cake was completely messy and looked horrible, frosting covered the entire box and when I asked for a new box all the employee said was “ the box shouldn’t effect the flavor of the cake” then walk away to the back of the store. Horrible, never coming back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Updated:June 2019: I would not recommend this Baskin-Robbins location as they had hair in my ice cream cake. This individual Baskin-Robbins is obviously being run by someone who fails to honor contracts with companies that give out the $2 gift cards such as T-Mobile on Tuesday which obviously generates traffic flow for their business. The promotions clearly indicates that one has (7) days to use the $2 card from the day of issuance on that Tuesday. Previously, I have entered this location with the same type of $2 off card on the 31st to try and get use of the coupon and the store owner indicated to his employees that he will not take the $2 legitimate gift card as payment on the 31st of the month for his ice cream. The last time I checked when using any business gift card, the business is supposed to honor their issued gift card on any given day. This business management supervision or owner is failing to comply with their legitimately issued gift cards. Dec 2018: This was a three star visit until found hair in my ice cream. It's always been a good pralines and cream quickie. Stopped by here to get the ice cream cake for the kids to snack on and a cup of ice cream for me. I had to return the cake because it had hair built into it. No it was not mine. They let me exchange it for another one before the party ended, so it worked out in the end as no more hair was found.

Ordered a cake two weeks in advance for my husband’s birthday. Showed up and no cake had been made. The manager on the phone said she saw my order, but it must have not printed out a cake slip so she never made it. It is crazy that such a large company doesn’t have a check system for its orders. It solely relies on a single slip of paper to print out. No follow ups. No order tracking. A special surprise was completely ruined. I was offered a refund, or a choice of one of the 4 cakes in the freezer. None of them even close to what I had ordered and none that my husband would enjoy. $40 wasted. We will be sticking to Costco cakes. They never fail!

It’s decent. No critical drawback but it’s a bit outdated interior. Quality of Ice cream. No dine-in available. Staffs are nice and quick to serve.

My hubby picked up 2 of these yesterday both with 2 different flavors. Huge shout out to the person who actually split the flavors side by side!! I very much appreciate this effort! You are the first person to do this… and it makes soooo much sense because ya I want to have a little of both at a time. I don’t know who you are, but thank you! Hey BR, find out who this is and give them a raise!

This is not a good location. The owner’s need to step it up. There is always only one person ever working, which is too much on that person. Also they refuse to participate in Baskin Robins deals. So they won’t let you buy 4 quarts of ice cream at one time, since it’s 4 for $20. They instead tell you they have to ring it up 2 at a time so you have to pay $12 more. No thanks, I’ll go somewhere else.
