ordered 2 banana royal received 2 - 2 scoops of ice cream. No Bananas , no hot fudge no strawberry wet topping. The ice cream was disgusting, had to throw it away.

Gave 2 of the smallest ice cream scoops I've ever seen. I've never been to such a cheapskate Baskin Robbins. When asked why the ships scoops were so small they said "that's just how big our scoops are" which is BS, all other Baskin Robbins I've been to give twice as much. Never coming back to this location.

Definitely the worst Dunkin' Donuts place. When you ordering stuff here you have to tell that lady at least 4 times and she will still manage to screw it up..

I spent a lot of money here getting my kids ice cream and a milkshake for my husband and I. The strawberry milkshake my husband ordered tasted like frozen milk oh, it had absolutely no strawberry taste whatsoever. My milkshake was okay, a little bit too milky and had no whip cream on either one. I will never come to this one again, I was extremely disappointed.

This place is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts & Baskin robins stores. It is huge with ample inside seating. Employees were courteous and very customer-oriented. Particularly, I would like to recognize Andy. I ordered a Take-Home Kits just before they were closing via App and by the time I reached, it was 5mins past their closing time, but Andy was waiting for us, I was very impressed by this kind of great customer service. Keep up the good job...

I've been here twice and the second time was only cause it was the closest one open 24 hrs. Both times have been through drive thru cause it was late and both times communication was a problem. It was the same woman both times and you can barely hear her through her scarf and coughing. Not great to hear someone coughing so hard it sound like they're dying. First time I got a brownie sundae and it was great, second time I ordered the same thing and was told she was only serving single or double scoop ice cream. I left with no purchase. I will drive the extra few miles for the next location from now on.

It’s great that it’s 24 hrs, but Big Error in execution: You don’t make the Sundae’s (stingy on the fudge too)first, and leave them to melt on the countertop, while you make a milkshake... The milkshake takes the longest to make. You make the shake first and then the sundaes, since they can be made more quickly....

We’ve been going to baskin Robbins in Des Plaines and Andy helped us few times. We were impressed with his politeness! He is a great employee, fast and precise. Way to go Andy!!!

Only employee working couldn’t be bothered to stop mopping to answer my question. Sign in the window advertising Ube Coconut icecream. Employ had NO idea what I was talking about.

Anytime guys work here they never want to make banana splits always, but like every baskin Robin's dunking donuts they all don't like to make banana splits...I do not knw why...it is literally not that difficult, next time I come in I want the district manager to be here what good is a award for best store if they cant make banana splits...so if the district manager willing to meet up I'll go behind the counter and make one myself to see for myself how difficult it really is.. Thank you
