I love Baskin Robbins ice cream and spend a lot of money there considering I have a big family. The other night there were just 5 of us but I still spent a good 40 dollars. Three out of five ice cream cups had long hairs in them it was disgusting. All of the workers had long hair no one had on a hair net. We didn't all pick the same flavor but seemed to have hair in our dipped cone cups anyway. I did inform the workers but it seemed like a joke to them. This is the kind of unsanitary procedures that cause a business to get a real bad reputation. No one wants to fail a health inspection. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The only reason it is a 1 star is because I cant go lower. I was robbed they did not have the pre-pack quarts that I usually get so paid 2 dollars more for them to pack a quart of ice cream. Got home and took a spoon and packed it down this is what I had less than a quart of ice cream. I have never put a review but this place is the worst!!!! Dont go there take the time to drive to another store! I will drive further to another store rather than this one that is right by my house!

When their hours say they close at 10 but they’re closed at 9:30 and employees look at you through the window. Update your hours. Edited to Add: EEWW! I came in and one of the shorter girls was wearing a braided, thread bracelet (black). She was attaching plastic covers to the top of the ice cream to hold the tubs down. But her bracelet threads were dragging all over the top of the ice cream! No gloves, nothing. If her bracelet is that loose and made of fabric, that means it gets wet when she sweats, washes her hand, and even absorbs germs from the bathroom. And now it’s touching all the ice cream every time she attaches a lid. Bacteria all over your ice cream. Super dirty! Service: 1

The girls running this place at night should not be working here. You've been here two times now and gotten the same terrible service. You feel rushed. You feel like you have inconvenienced them being there face work with an attitude. They are on their phone while you're deciding. When we left my 10-year-old daughter said I can't believe that you tipped them. That's pretty bad when she realizes it and I didn't even have to say anything.

I come in almost every day to get a large shake. The two ladies are awesome in there. Always friendly and always know what type of shake I want everytime. Though you do need to have more workers in there besides just one. Was in there today to get my daily shake and saw a whole bunch of people come in and only one worker. From my opinion it would have to be stressful. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!

I love pulling up to Baskin-Robbins 15 minutes before they close and the doors are locked. Good job guys. 👌🏼
