I got everything bagel at 7 am today and when i was eating at 745am , it was so hard, my co worker said warm it up in the microware and it got worst. I believe it wasn't fresh.... I try calling them to complain but no one answer. I think I am going to just STOP going to this store. I give one star cuz without that it wont let me post my review.

Best prices for Baskin Robins ice cream. The one on King Street is highly overpriced. You may get better service but I rather keep my money! Thank you Edsall!!

In general, Dunkin Donuts are all pretty good. This one on Edsall Road was also pretty good, but it did lack a few types of donuts I would normally expect to find. Because it was part of a automobile filling station, it was a bit more dirty than I would normally expect and the staff seemed initially confused with my order. But everything worked out fine and I was pleased with our purchases.

Be aware that this isn't a full Baskin-Robbins. They have a mini counter with the Dunkin donuts inside of a service station. They only have soft serve ice cream. They can make things like blizzards and smoothies and milkshakes.

The service here is the WORST I have ever encountered from a Baskin Robbins franchise. I came in for a simple cake for a birthday and the lady acted like she had no clue that the establishment took cake orders beyond what was already prepared in the freezer. Needless to say I left without placing an order. NEVER again at this location. Not even for a scoop!

Please be aware I went today and they said they only have vanilla Ice cream. No toppings no flavors, no shakes and no cones. Might as well just close down

Two women behind the counter at this Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts. We went for ice cream, the esl woman said the 'ice cream machine is broke'. We purchased a 10.00 quart of ice cream from the cooler and ordered two gingerbread cookie donuts. The donuts were STALE. NEVER GOING BACK!

Not suitable for families having an ice cream, people loitering around.
