Went here 11/3 at about
7:30-8pm and there was a blonde and a brunette working at the front. Neither of them said anything to my husband and I when we walking in. The blonde continued to look over at us while the brunette completely ignored eye contact. There were two girls who came in minutes after we did. The brunette completely ignored that I was standing right there and when I said something she continued to ignore me and not help. She helped the two girls instead. My husband and I drove 40 minutes for a date and wanted ice cream from Baskin because he knows it’s my favorite place. We should’ve never even spent our money here after how the brunette treated us, but the blonde came in took our order. We should’ve left immediately. To the brunette: I hope one day you understand the humiliation and disgust it feels to have someone ignore you because they don’t like the way you look. I know a racist when I see one and I hope one day you open your eyes and grow up because you’re a disgusting, vile human being and you’re obviously young and have time to get over that ignorant way of thinking.

Owners need to clean this place and get fresh product in. Do not bother trying to talk to them as they seem to care less about customers. Just pass going here all together.

I visited this store with my family the other night. I killed a cockroach while standing in line. Not good, but I thought to myself that things like this happen, I will let it slide. And then I attempted to take my 3 year old daughter to the restroom. I opened the men's room door and had to turn right around. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked as if it had never been cleaned. I work in construction and I have seen cleaner porta potties on a construction site. As I was walking back to my family there was another cockroach on the ground. I see from others comments that this is not a new occurrence. The cleanliness of this establishment is absolutely unacceptable and this place should be shut down until things change.

I got one scoop and it was huge! I went on the 31st of July and there is a 31% discount there! The costumer service was great, they gave me a lot of samples and was really nice! 5 star experience!!!

I got a cake labeled Golf Medal Ribbon but when we start slicing it it was mint. 😅 awesome decoration though, just not what we expected.

Ice cream was great. Workers were great. The state and cleanliness of the store was absolutely disgusting. Place hasn’t been cleaned in God knows how long. Dead bugs everywhere. Tables and chairs were filthy. Floors haven’t been mopped in at least a week. Certainly made us question whether we should have ate our ice cream.

Disgusting..if we were the health department this place wouldn’t have passed by far. Dirty tables, huge spills all over the floors, obvious dried piles of spilled whatever, one worker an the store was packed, flys everywhere. We got our drinks and left. Can’t believe anyone was eating in there. Would be such a cute place for a date or photos but it’s nasty. Only thing good about this shop was the one and only girl working..

Went back a few weeks later and the place was spotless. No flies no mess no worries. Great job cleaning up, I changed my rating for your shop.

I went this location and my 1st impression wasn’t good. Outside it had a lot of trash on top of the table and on the floor. Inside, the store was dirty and the ice creams aren’t creamy as usual. The only good was the service, the two girls over there were nice.

I ordered thick, made with dark chocolate ice cream, MALT.
What I almost got was a shake made with ice cubes, milk chocolate, lots of milk, and butter cream in color.
What I did get, minus the frozen ice cubes was a malt, consistency of milk, and butter cream in color.
This was on a Tuesday and I requested 2 punches on my card, and received attitude again.
I used to go in once a week to get a chocolate malt for Grandma for us to share during the lock-down in 2021, when she was in nursing home. I paid $10 and left rest for tip. Since that time, Grandma is gone, price of malt up and all I leave is some change, 'cause I am on a fixed income.
Suffice to say my use of this business in Anthem has stopped.

I’ve been in several times. Always great service. Wonderful birthday cake for my step son a couple years ago. BUT tonight a young gentleman (name started with J) was so polite to double check my door dash order, found the technical issue and made sure we had our order for after Easter dinner. Thank you kind person!
