After a walk around Callalisa Park, many visitors stop by Baskin-Robbins. The truth is that you will really enjoy tasty doughnuts and good ice cream. A lot of guests mark that the staff is pleasant here. Prompt service is something that visitors note in their comments. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

They didn't know how to make a hot fudge sundae. Then they were out of hot fudge. They let us take the fudge home to microwave it, but we didn't get any of the other toppings that would normally go with it. I weep for society.

Showed up about five minutes before closing for a scoop of ice cream with the family. My brother and his girlfriend drove separately and walked in just a bit behind us - the manager told them she wouldn't be serving them, despite the fact that the store had not yet closed. No one was friendly. As a previous food service worker, I was disappointed in the lack of desire to fulfill business hours. I know the "closing customers" can be frustrating, but it's part of the job. We'll be getting different ice cream next time we're in NSB.

Would give a zero if I could. I ordered 3 items on Doordash, one being a banana split. The first time I received my order, the banana spilt was missing. After being charged, I call to no resolution, so I put in a new order. I was then told they were out of bananas, yet they still charged me for the banana split a SECOND time. I request a brownie. The store took it upon themselves to change my entire order with different ice cream and toppings, instead of just substituting the banana for the brownie. First time, last time

Great customer service. Not the best BR selection, no 31 flavors. Lobby clean. Bathrooms completely disgusting!! Like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I didn't want to send my son into the mens room because it was so gross ! Don't touch anything in there!

Nice location not too far from New Smyrna beach. Attached to Dunkin and have lots of flavors of ice cream. Not that crowded most of the time. Good customer service

Don’t waste your time if you think you’re going to pop through the drive through and get some ice cream. Nothing listed online was available, there aren’t flavors listed on the drive through menu and worst of all (the only reason I’m even taking the time to leave this review) the staff acted inconvenienced that a consumer would expect either- both had major attitudes. Two thumbs down.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The General Manager totally went out of his way to do something completely out of the box for us. Customer Service like this is extremely difficult to find these days. He went so far out of the box that I can't even explain it here, but please know that if you go to this store, you will be taken care of greatly. They make an excellent product and we were very pleased with the outcome. A million thank yous!!!

Every kind of ice cream that we wanted they didn't have but we settled on two scoops of vanilla one scoop of chocolate it was as good as I remember when I was a child
