Always makes the coffee with cream and sugar perfectly!! Customer service is ok they get it done they are fast and efficient! clean place parking is ok too theres space close by in the mornings halloween donuts are cute!

Service was very rude. She kept looking at her watch and rolling her eyes while taking my order. Than she said she didn't have any more vanilla but there was enough for a small milkshake and her collegue gave it to another customer who came in after me. Horrible will never visit this location again. And the counters were ditty.

What a great place! Wonderful, friendly staff. Amazing ice cream!!! Explains how they've been in business since 1912. Highly recommended for anyone visiting, worth the short wait in a long line. Staff served ice water while in line on the moderately hot day.

The one lady was fine. she helped with the order...what irritates me is her co worker standing there talking to his friends when I asked for a sample of one of the icecreams. She actually had to tell him she needed his help. When he could clearly see people were waiting to be waited on

I was excited to try a new drink today, so I stopped by this location to get it. The set up is a BR counter and a DD counter. There were at least 3 people working, and NO ONE greeted me. In fact, they ignored me and helped THREE other people who came in after me. I only got served because I requested someone to come over and take care of me. They were unapologetic, didn’t offer any kind of discount or remorse, and I won’t be back.

I got a double scoop of the Beach Day ice cream and there was NOT A SINGLE GRAHAM CRACKER CHUNK in the whole 2 thing. And Id checked the tub before she made it to be sure there were a lot in there (its literally the best part). So for there not to have been a single piece, I feel like she literally would have had to TRY to avoid every piece. *****I went back twice since I left this review, hoping it was just a one off thing. Nope. AGAIN, NO graham cracker chunks! And both times I asked if they could "PLEASE aim for the graham cracker pieces because there wasn't a single one in my last 2 ice creams" (obviously I knows they aren't going to dig through the tub... I was looking at the tub and there was a big cluster of them right there at the top. So I was just asking if she could possibly start there.) She didn't acknowledge me and, of course, scooped from the other side of the tub where there werent any graham chunks. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Soooo 3/3 times 👎🏼

I am not asking for the best freaking ice cream or service in the world, but the cashier didn't know what he was doing. He was on his cellphone talking to a friend and later, as I was eating my ice cream, I found out it was empty in the center. He scooped it so it only appeared to be a ball of solid ice cream but was actually hollow. Next time, I'm only going for the dunkin donuts coffee and even that is only ok.

Waited 10 mins and noone helped me. The 2 ladies totaly ignored me, they saw me but kept cleaning. When 2nd person walked in they helped him first. I told them I have been standing here for 10 mins, instead of apologizing and helping me she yelled "you have to wait, Im the only one here besides her' Is this how the staff is trained at BR.. to yell at customers? This happen 2:15pm on Thur. Please check your cameras. Thanks

I love when Dunkin and Baskin Robbins together. This place is nice and clean. Easy to enter from main road. Easily visible. Great variety of Donuts and icecream bar. Nice employees and service..

Order 2 chocolate long John's, but each one was a filled chocolate long john that is missing it filling. So more air than doughnut.
