Rolled up to the drive-through tonight at 9:30 PM to grab some ice cream for the family and my neighbor. Google says that they close at 10 PM. The open sign was still on when we got there. We sat at the window for a few minutes and nobody came. Then all of the sudden I saw an employee peek around the corner at us, and then go back into hiding. Yes, they wanted to close early, I understand. But the right thing to do would have been to at least come to the window and tell us that you are closing early rather than making a sit there and wait for nothing. 🤷‍♂️

Ice cream was good, but portion size is ridiculously small. I ordered a banana royale. Price was almost ten dollars and it looked like two very small scoops , I remember the days when they use to fill the cup, this time it was a little more than half filled. For that price I’ll go buy the ice cream and bananas and make my own, probably 6 for the price of one. I understand that prices are increasing so I paid a lot more but to increase price and decrease portion size is scandalous. I did order through door dash but I picked up.

The kids they have working here seem brain dead. They don't know what products they even sell. There is a giant book of different cakes and clown cones and the kids working the counter asked if I brought it in! What?! No! It's chained to your counter. Then she looks at me and says our cake decorator doesn't work when she doesn't feel like it. Someone please open a cold stone creamery

Loved the service and the ice cream was awesome. I had my heart set on a quart of chocolate but the quart of mint chocolate chip I got instead was amazingly good. Their ice cream is always excellent. I thought the staff were helpful and friendly. And they were not pests, either. They kept busy and still took care of their customers. And did NOT badger anyone to hurry up and leave so they could free up a table or harp on them or hound them relentlessly. In short? Perfect customer service. Helpful without being intrusive. Awesome. Thank you.

Kyrra and Marae are the best ever! Very energetic and polite. Arrived at 9:40 pm and they were cleaning up to close. They had several put away but went and pulled the chocolate chip cookie dough back out for me.

This is a small ice cream shop in the back of another store. You have to look for it or you'll miss it. We love to stop in for a cup of ice cream especially on a warm summer evening. The staff was freindly and gave us great service, they greeted us with a smile and quickly filled our order. The store was clean as was the parking lot. The parking was a bit difficult as the staff took all of the closest parking spots to the door. Other than that, I would recommend this place.

I normally don’t complain. I ordered a shake and it was a large. I drank a few drinks not a lot there was over 3/4 left. The chocolate left a aftertaste in my mouth. I asked to exchange it and they said no. It was a 10 dollar shake. I don’t eat to much ice cream. But when I do I try to enjoy it. Most businesses would have been glad to exchange it . Bad buisness and ice cream no good. Like tofu😤 it’s not what I wanted and paid for. 🤮

They have a non dairy chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream 🍦 I love that more places are chartering to people that can't / don't do dairy. They also have very cute kids ice creams with characters and beautiful sprinkles. My daughter got the mermaid on and the tail was edible! Comes in a cute cup with a little joke on the back. This was a hit! The other two were a unicorn and a one eyed monster. You pick your flavor and then it comes as the chosen character.
