It's a pleasant experience to eat nicely cooked biscuits, creamy cakes and chocolate custard. Get your meal started with great chocolate frappe. This confectionary restaurant is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The nice decor will satisfy the taste of every guest. Baskin-Robbins has received Google 4.4 according to the guests' opinions.

Be careful when you go there. The ladies there act like the whole ice cream is $0.99 when pointing at the cone, even give you the ice cream to eat, assure you the ice cream (not just the cone) is $0.99 (like a special deal), then actively pull the "miscommunication card" when you are stuck paying $10 and your appetite for an ice cream. It's a very similar trick to tourist scammers who charge you for things you didn't ask for. The workers here are really shady and underhanded. I understand ice cream isn't generally $1 anymore, but don't give in and pay if they do this to you.

Always a solid choice. I love the seasonal flavors, but everyone can find something they like. Plenty of parking, nice amount of tables inside. This location has cakes and soft serve. Friendly people work here and it has been a good part of the community a long time. They have coupons in their app as well, so be sure to check there!

BR 31 Ice cream is always good, staff was very friendly. I only give 2 stars cause we were not allowed to sit down inside even though there were plenty of tables. The chairs were stacked against the wall and I had my young grandkids with me. I asked if I could pull out a chair so my grandkids could sit down. Was told they were not allowing people to sit inside and was told we could sit outside as neighboring business had chairs on the patio. I told girl it was too cold outside to sit with young kids outside. So she suggested we go inside Starbucks two doors down. I asked if there was a manager she could get permission from but she said no and apologized. I certainly am not blaming the young employees but whoever owns this BR in Chino Hills should use common sense. We just stood inside eating our ice cream as did others but we will not be back. All the other BR I've been to have inside seating.

The place is always clean and the employees always take there time to prepare the ice cream. My friends and I typically share a banana split with chocolate fudge drizzle. We typically pick caramel and chocolate ice cream to go with it. I like the rocky road ice cream at Baskin Robbins because it has so many toppings in it already. They have a $3 special on Tuesdays from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. They are open late as well. The employees continue to change but they are always nice.

Jacqui at this Baskin-Robbins is so incredible!! I had a little hiccup with my delivery order and Jacqui provided THE BEST service over the phone to help straighten everything out. Great customer service is rare to come by these days and I just wanted to let this location's management know that they have a true treasure with Jacqui on their team! She went above and beyond to assist me and I truly appreciate her! Thank you so much and have a great night!!

Customer service was great. The cashier helped me to pick my ice cream flavors with smiles, and she was polite and patient. Parking was great, and the location was conveniently located near other stores and US Bank. I ordered Jamica flavor and Berry Mint (I can't remember the exact flavor name for the 2nd one), but both of them tastes great! Jamica is like mild coffee flavor and Berry mint is like a combination of vanilla with a little hint of mint.

The cashier appeared to be working alone, and even though it was just 11am the store was busy, and she still was courteous and attentive. Oh my I forgot to leave her a tip!!!! I will have to make it up to her next time, she's earned it. ☆

Can get busy and end up waiting, but they really help you out when you get a custom cake order. I've come here a few times for custom cakes and I'm happy every time. I once asked them to make me a hockey mask like Jason Voorhees and they did it! Of course delicious icecream too!

Went to redeem my free birthday kids ice cream. Employee took my phone across the room to ask someone else about the coupon. Comes back to say they can’t do it because it’s not their store location...? Huh? So this place isn’t honoring any coupons or free birthday ice creams. I looked at the address on the barcode, it was a Massachusetts address. Yeah, that’s their headquarters. Hahaha. They didn’t even want to try scanning my phone to see if it would go through. Whatever...it’s only a Birthday scoop...but it made me laugh. Won’t be going there again, something so small left a bad taste in my mouth. Lol.

By far the dirtiest Baskin Robbins EVER. Don't ever go here. I waited patiently for about 15 mins and still no one helped me, even though there were about 4 staff working. I final spoke up and asked for a soft serve ice cream. The soft serve machine was right in front of me so i can see what she was doing. The girl staff didn't know how to work the machine and as the ice cream dispensed i can see that it was melting on the side. She then goes to the sink and got a WET NASTY FILTHY Rag to wipe the side of the ice cream cone. Seriously, it's common sense how the hell can you use a rag like that and wipe it and expect me to take it. I then told her that i didn't want that and she responded "FINE". To top it off she overcharged me for it. I ordered a small but she charged me for a regular. The owner needs to look at how the staff works here, if they are able to do such a thing in front of a customer, i can't imagine what they do when there aren't.
