It is the first time that I've been to beans and brews coffee House in Salt Lake City Utah. It is quite a different experience to go and try some specialty coffee place compared to other franchise well known coffee houses in the country. My experience is very positive very friendly staff very knowledgeable I ask for help to figure out my needs this evening and there was right on top I'm very impressed drive through was open facility was clean and I'm going to share some pictures with you so you can experience yourself. Next time when you're in town and you want to try this coffee please be my explorer and share your thoughts if you agree with me please leave a feedback and with your comments and reviews. I don't know what it is about this BnB but their priority is the drive-thru and the online orders. So do not walk in. I like to walk in when I'm ordering more than a couple of drinks it's just easier. They will either ignore you or not get your order correct. I will be switching to Starbucks thank you very much. Terrible coffee, what service?, I asked for two cappuccinos and I got some sweet caramel mocha something, its funny. I ask for small size, I got large. Everyone needs to improve their barista skills and coffee culture. Espresso is italian, not american, learn how to do it, if you want to serve it. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Make sure you say light ice or you will end up with so much ice that you can’t get your straw in! 32 oz drink with about 12 oz of Chai. This pic is with after some of the ice had melted.

Staff and coffee are great. The issues I ran into as someone who goes to coffee shops to study and do homework is how loud their machines are and the poor wifi quality. I've worked in other beans and brew in the valley and had no issue so my assumption is it is specific to this beans and brew. I ended up using my own hotspot because the internet was so poor. SO if you are looking for somewhere to study/do homework I would choose a different location.

I love beans and brews but I always have negative experiences at this location. The workers are so kind!!! They have never been disrespectful. They take around 10 minutes to make my one drink when I am the only one in the drive through. They also manage to mess up my order almost every time I go there. I ordered a specific sandwich and received a totally different one. I always give it the benefit of the doubt but it always disappoints.
